   I visited Krishnas Asian supermarket Store in Orpington high street today to buy sugar. I picked up what I thought was the right item at the price shown on the shelf. But when I went to the till, the price was higher and did not match what was displayed. This has happened to me before in this store – the price on the shelf and the price at the counter often do not match. I find this very concerning because if a customer does not carefully check their receipt, they may end up paying more than expected. I usually try to buy the cheaper option, but this kind of practice makes it very difficult and frustrating. It feels misleading and unfair to customers. I am not sure if this is happening by mistake or on purpose, but it has happened too many times now. It creates a bad impression of the store and makes me question its honesty and customer care. I really hope the management takes this issue seriously and makes changes quickly. Customers should be able to trust that the price on the shelf is the same as the price at the till. Also, last time, I asked for a receipt, and at the bottom, there was a QR code to be scanned for points. I scanned it, hoping it would direct me to download an app, but unfortunately, it wasn’t scannable. There was no way to download an app for points. This is obviously false advertising. I hope the owner or manager of the store should rectify the issue and should have a clear and genuine advertising.

   Good place to get all indian food supply. Recently discovered their forst floor as I was looking for steel plates. They have all material needed for pooja as well. We are regular customers. Parking can be an issue sometimes but if you go off peak to orpington high street , you are more likely to get the parking on street.

   Rouge cheat traders out there. Beware. Always charges extra than the price tag on display. Every single time I find difference in the price displayed and actual price they charge. Have to fight to get billed for the correct price Today when I found one such difference, I was asked to return my purchase get a refund n Never come back. Wow. Their motto is I’ll charge what ever however I like. Dont question me. If you dare to question me, don’t come to my shop. Bloody cheats.

   Great place to get all Indian stuff (spices, breakfast preps, snacks, groceries, indian vegetables, curry items, masalas, legumes, groceries, pooja stuff, dry fruits, sauces, idli dosa batter, etc..) Tomatoes and few other vegetables are generally cheaper and better in Krishna store.. Service and staff is great! Recommended place for sure..

   My first visit to Krishna's was because they accept payments with an American Express card. Immediately I could see why, and that I had been missing out. The store is huge, with several aisles. But there are several gentle, polite members of staff around who gladly assist you with your queries. I could find most of the things I wanted, though variety in ready-meal packets seems to be consistently lacking of late. Most shelves were labelled with the price of items, and for those that were not, the staff were happy to let me know. In case members of the shop management are reading this, I have a little feedback. The shopping experience would be even better if the music was turned down so that it gently plays in the background, rather than being loud, which can be obtrusive. Best wishes!
