   Great customer service. My partner and I needed a bed frame and mattress and Dreams was the closest shop. We didn't want to buy a mattress online as we wanted to feel them and compare. We were invited to use the Sleepmatch machine which suggested mattresses for us. We were then given a pillow of our choice and invited to try out the suggested mattresses. We were not pressured and the salesperson was very patient and happy to leave us while we went back and forth between two contenders. I'm really glad we did the Sleepmatch as I would've said I needed a soft mattress and the recommended ones are not ones I would've looked at or considered. We ended up with a firm mattress with memory foam which is so comfortable I never want to get out of bed! We also got free pillows included plus a mattress protector. The delivery time was one week. The delivery guys were really great, efficient and friendly. Overall very happy with our experience. We've been using the bed for 4 months now and still really happy with both the frame and mattress.

   We were served by Philip and he was amazing! He set us up on the sleep technology and spent plenty of time talking us through all the options so we could make an informed decision, while also being respectful of our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome throughout. I’d highly recommend Philip if you need help finding your perfect mattress.

   I went in at around 7pm, and Nandita was the only worker in the store at the time, she was incredibly helpful and did not pressure me in the slightest when looking at beds, she was very accommodating and allowed me to explore at my own pace. She also walked me through the mattress identifier and showed me my preferences. Would absolutely recommend coming here for the excellent service.

   Poor customer service and the staff are rude. Walker around the store for nearly 20 minutes , even complained to head office while in store, very dismissive. I will shop is Dreams again- at their closing down sale!

   Avoid this company, honestly sales process I was told everything would be fine. After money was taken all there terms and conditions changed. At no point was I told that the only day of deliver was a Sunday to my area and that my actual order was going to be fulfilled by a 3rd party company. Honestly quick to take your money but Avoid and all costs. This company totally don’t care about there customers in my opinion.
