Friendly staff and quick service. Typical screwfix. You cannot browse physical stock until you purchase but its easy to return if part does not fit.

I came in looking for (a lot of) help replacing a toilet seat and was helped by both Lauren and Julie who were wonderful. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They could not have made it a more positive experience, especially as a woman in a typically male dominated space. 10/10
Initially I had given them a bad review but after the past 3 visits really happy with improved service. Special mention to Aaron who on 2 of the 3 recent visits went over and above!

Used the new Screwfix Sprint service yesterday and was delivered to me directly and driver called me. However today the driver dropped to another location and spoke to customer service to locate which they were unable to. After 4 hours of waiting and ready to leave the job, I get a call to say the can re-deliver but only 1 item now in stock. When re-delivered the driver called and gave to me and asked if I got the earlier delivery okay, when I said no, he had given to Lloyds Bank reception desk 5 shops away. By this time it was 5:05pm and the bank was closed. I now have to return to job 30 miles away another day to install 2 light bulbs. Poor service and a wasted journey.
Free parking. Friendly service. You can order online or from counter. Staff picks up your ordered item from warehouse and then gives it to you. It won’t take long time.
