I have Tony for long time about 5 years and has repaired 3 of my televisions and they are still working perfectly. He also very accommodating and will assist with any problems when you walk in off the street without an appointment. He friendly and very professional. Technically he is very knowledgeable and will assist with the simplest problems without making you feel stupid. Highly recommended.
Hello everyone, I gave this person my TV to fix, and we agreed on a price of £250. Later, he said the repair would cost £350, and I agreed. The delivery date was Thursday. I called him, and he said he'd taken the TV in his car to Croydon and forgotten about it, and would bring it back the next day. He said he'd bring it back at midnight, but he was drunk. When we tried to turn on the TV while he was there, it wouldn't work. We told him it wasn't working, and he said it wasn't his problem. He was drunk and started shouting inside my house. I have children with me, and he threatened me while drunk. I was afraid for my safety and the safety of my children. I couldn't do anything to him; I just took a picture of his license plate and tried to call the police. They said if he was incapacitated, they couldn't do anything.
, my experience with this technician was very disappointing. He took the TV in perfect condition and returned it broken, and refused to take responsibility for the damage. I do not recommend dealing with him at all. He was very disrespectful, aggressive and violent to teenagers he is dangerous I’ll attach picture of him below. JUST TO WARN YOU.
My Sony tv stopped working due to a loop issue on start up. Bought a fix service on eBay to repair and did the trick, came with some additional problems including the powerboard that broke upon taking out (my fault) however the tonytech fixed all of it. Would like to mention Nick specifically as this guy truly knows what he is talking about. His technical knowledge is just absolutely amazing and customer service was out of this world Absolutely amazing and it resulted in my tv repaired and being able to continue my 3d movie collection instead of buying a new tv. 5* plus Service
STOP LYING I never said I’m calling from Wales. If I have told you I am from wales why did you send me your website details for the payments of £40 for home visit ?! STOP LYING. You are a joke. If you don’t stop lying, I will put a screenshot of your messages. I had booked him for a home visit after I paid £40 for it. He said that he’s going to visit my house next day but unfortunately I waited all day at home and nobody showed up, no phone calls or notice was given. I called him a few times from my number he didn’t pick up so I had to call him from a different number so when he picked up he said sorry I cannot make it today. and promised to come the following day at 2pm. Again at 2pm the next day I called him and I asked if he’s around and ye again he said he cannot make it for 2pm . He said I will be there before 6pm, so I had to cancel everything and get my money back from PayPal. when he broke his promise twice, I felt that he’s going to do it again and he’s not gonna show up for 6pm. At the end when I asked him, are you gonna refund my money he said yes, yes yes and when I was about to ask when, he hung up the phone without allowing me to ask my question or say goodbye. Very bad customer service. Not recommend them. Waste of time.

I had a bad experience with this company. The lamp on the TV needed to be replaced as the engineer mention in his quote (My TV went black all screen). After agreed to pay labour and the new lamp, the TV wasn't proper fix (Attached pic for Reference). The engineer said that is a different problem now, therefore he didn't want to give a solution rather than charge me to get the prism changed. But this burns and scratches wasn't there before. If I knew from the beginning that I have to change the rear Lamp and prism I woudn't spend that money trying to repair the TV. I will rather buy a new one. At the end this is how he left my TV.
