Wow, what a great service from the 2 very pleasant chaps in the shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't get the phones I wanted in a phone shop so went here, got what I wanted with all the advice and help I needed. Thank you so much to them
While I wish I could give a good review, I can't. I handed in my laptop last Thursday and only received it today. I was originally told I'd be phoned Saturday morning, but I had to phone twice before being told the repair cost and when it would be back. This got delayed first to Sunday, then Tuesday and finally today. I was told yesterday it would be back by a certain time, but never received a call today to confirm. I tried phoning three times, only to go to voicemail. I am appreciative of the repair, but just disappointed by the lack of communication. Thank you.
Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repairs. They were able to replace my screen in an hour for a really reasonable price, and also fixed the charging port without me having to ask (it hadn’t been charging properly for weeks). Really friendly and kind, by far the best repairs place I’ve ever been.
