Kashif is professional and treats you with great respect. He has always sorted my computer problems and often gives same day service however busy.    Great service. Kashif quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue (laptop not firing up as a result of power not getting to the motherboard) and also recommended a battery replacement which he ordered and I will return to have replaced. Worth noting an urgent fix was required - I called at 6pm, was on site within 30 minutes and Kashif stayed open beyond closing to 8pm to return a working laptop. Highly recommended.

   I was so happy with their service! I had previously taken my MacBook in to another shop in Wimbledon who kept it for EIGHT WEEKS telling me that they were fixing it and it was almost ready… ect… then they gave it back to me announcing that they can’t fix it. I brought it in to these guys and they managed to repair the logic board in a couple of days. It was my Christmas miracle!!!

   I popped in to PMM solutions store and Kashif welcomed me and talked me through the possible solutions to sort out the laptop. I was surprised when I received a phone call later the same day giving me an update and informing me that my laptop will be ready the same day. Most importantly he managed to save all my data from non working windows. It was an extremely great experience and I have got my laptop back same day up and running. Definitely recommend.

   Not worth it, they would not let you assist the repairing process, plus they would threat of calling the police on you if you call them unprofessionals for not allowing you to assist the repairing process. It happened today: 11.11.2022 EDIT: I was sarcastic not angry, and being sarcastic made your engineer angry and threatened to call the police. All I did was saying that I wanted to assist the process as I do not trust my PC just like that to anyone as it is really expensive. Your engineer should have some more patience and training in customer service. About the spit, really, couldn't you come out with something better than this? Anyway, all in all, you guys have no clue on what you're doing, as you could provide a rough quote on the phone anyway...

   Had a cracked case on my laptop and a faulty battery, they not only replaced the parts but also identified the cause of the crack (a faulty hinge) and fixed that as well. They gave the fan etc a good clean as well so now it's running as smoothly and quietly as when I first bought it. Will happily use them again if anything else goes wrong.

   I visited PMM after having problems with my laptop. very very slow, not allowing me to sign in, so frustrating and stressful. The service I received from the moment I stepped in the shop was excellent, I was assured my machine (approx 4yrs ) could be fixed. That promise was realised beyond my expectations. My laptop now is so quick and no longer a cause of stress and frustration but a joy to use. the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I cannot recommend PMM highly enough, being local to me i would not hesitate to use again should any issues arise.
