   Bought a Samsung S20 at a very good price, including fast charger, and it has worked very well since March. Needed a subsequent repair to the glass, due to my fault, and an excellent and quick repair was completed. Very helpful service. Highly recommended.

   Insane prices! Literally scam Ps. To owner reply, to your information yes I have my own business, and yes you still scamming people, as the same product in all 3 shops further was literally 60% cheaper Ps2. Put the prices next to product than nobody’s gonna tell you that you coming out with prices like this. Second thing not having prices is illegal.

   The staff were super friendly. Ravi went above and beyond, offered to watch my sleeping toddler in the car (in the rain) whilst I ran into the store to drop off my phone, even though I missed my appointment. I have never recieved that amount of empathy from a customer service worker in my life. The actual service was quick, I returned in 2 hours and my phone was fixed. The price was actually cheaper than the other phone fixers on the street. I will only use this store from now on when it comes to my phone. The service was impeccable.. thanks again Ravi

   Ravi the owner was so helpful to my friend the other day. She is a single girl who isn't very confident but he was friendly and helpful and also gave her some free headphones for the new Samsung A20s phone she bought from him. His price was much cheaper than other local phone shops we visited!

   Friendly guy replaced my iPhone XR phone screen in 2 hours for £120, much better than £200 from Apple. very professional and good communication. Thanks! EDIT The screen worked fine with no issues however after 4/5 months the screen must have gone wrong as it developed a ghost touch, making the phone unusable. However I do have to give them credit, when I took my phone to Apple they replaced the screen for free under warranty and could not tell it was a non-apple replacement - so they must be doing something right at this shop even if the replacement was unusable after half a year. Hence the 4 stars

   Although shop keeper was nice and seemingly helpful in fixing my cracked Iphone. The price was £100 and the screen has now completely broken and unresponsive despite no damage two weeks after it was supposedly fixed The phone was an Iphone X and it had a small crack when i handed it in for repair. I acknowledge that when I called you this week you were willing to help but Ive had it looked at again and they say that the screen is completely dead - it was just the screen itself and everything else was working so the only explanation is unfortunately your repair job. Really sorry to have to report this but it cost £100 and is now more broke than it was.
