   Went in and booked our Sep ‘26 holiday with Louise. Very quickly understood what we were looking for, patient as we looked at all sorts of options within a 6 hours flight limit and was only happy once we found what all parties were happy with. Nice to be able to do something like this with a real person rather than being pushed online. Tech suggestion: Holiday / website filters both online and in the shop could do with some tweaking to more accurately reflect today’s travellers requirements.

   MILLI helped sort our holiday to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. I cant say we were easy to deal with as we couldn't put our finger on where we wanted to go, after two visits and around three hours total with much patience we settled on a Mexico all inclusive. Absolute first class service dealing with MILLI, such patience with a lovely sense of humour , we both came away saying what a lovely experience it was with her. MILLI went above what was expected, sorted out our trip in a professional cheerful way, certainly couldn't have asked for more, Thank you MILLI. X

   Booked a holiday to Majorca today and was supported by Suzanne in arranging it for us - Went through everything with us and all sorted - Booking online does have some advantages but nothing beats face to face conversations with someone so knowledgable and we had a few questions which were easily resolved for us by Suzanne - only downside of booking a holiday now is the non excitement of receiving all your paperwork and tickets through the post - all digital now - I must accept time moves on !

She was very patient, professional and gave an excellent service. I have also spoken with Kelly from the sore and I definitely feel that I received 5 star service from both girls.
