   Small but full. The place is a hidden gem. My son is an animal fanatic and absolutely loves this place. He is only 5 and like many children, has some neurodivergent challenges but always feels at ease when here. The staff are amazing, always happy to share their knowledge and you can see just how much they love what they do, it’s more a hobby than just a job! Never do we feel rushed, no such thing as too many questions. Always a pleasure and always learn more with each visit. Everything here is so reasonably priced, even with a small budget there is an experience available, starting at like £5, which is fantastic so everyone can get that extra special visit. My son loves the lizards, to go in an enclosure with rhino lizards and tortoises to feed and cuddle, yes cuddle them! It’s £15. Far less than anywhere else I have visited! We were Very lucky to find this place, they should advertise more to spread the word as it deserves to be known!

   Absolutely amazing experience for adults as well as children. The staff were all brilliant and clearly care so much for their animals. We had a wonderful day, getting to hold and pet a variety of animals in one on one sessions, and booking was so easy and flexible. Special shout out to Donna and Rob who made this a really special experience. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

   This was a lovely experience, both informative and entertaining. We chose to have a hands-on experience with tortoises and we washed Chunk's shell and fed Arthur. We were able to gently pet the tortoises and the handlers answered all our questions. The sanctuary is a bit on the smaller size, but you can learn a lot and see various species from birds, fish, insects and lizards, to bunnies, monkeys and ferrets. All animals are rescued and nurtured back to health. Most of them can be handled and there is a variety of experiences to choose from. From what I could tell, there was also a birthday party in one of the rooms, but I am not sure. The gift shop only had generic souveniers, such as animal plush toys. I would have liked to see something personalised with their branding, but this did not diminish the experience. This is a great place for animal enthusiasts and for families.

   Amazing place! The staff is professional and really friendly. The option to pet the animals is amazing and a real experience. The staff made me very comfortable when petting the animals and the snake is a really special experience.

   A bit rough around the edges, but that defiantly added to the charm. Clearly a passion project with great intentions. We met goose the skunk today, a great experience, he gave the best snuggles. Rob the handler was great, showed a real care and affection to all the animals.

   Very nice place, lovely animals, harry the rabbit was nice, I loved the snakes. The hairless rat (VERY CLEAN NOT LIKE A RAT YOU FIND IN YOUR GARDEN) was nice and tried to climb on my sholder. The tortoise was nice and let me touch its shell.

   Me and my partner took our daughter to get to know animals and it was truely amazing. Was a good set of staff who was very friendly and chatty it was just so relaxed would highly recommend this place.

   Me and my partner wanted to do something, came across this little hidden gem around the corner from us - got to hold so many animals, unfortunately we didn't get around to holding the tarantulas! All the staff knew the ins and outs of the different animals, learnt a lot about them, really good experience and recommend to anyone! There were geckos, bearded dragons, parrots, snakes & many more!
