   The Courtauld Gallery was… fine. The main gallery itself was alright but not mind-blowing. I paid £18 so I could see the special exhibition as well, and honestly, that extra money was not worth it. The special exhibition was very modern-art heavy and just not my thing at all. If you’re into abstract or conceptual art, you might enjoy it, but personally I felt like the £12 ticket would’ve been enough. Slight regret there.

   #gallery — located inside Somerset House is Courtauld Gallery, an unassuming yet slightly hidden, quiet but elegant gallery that has over 3 floors. It looks small, but if you spend the time in here wisely, you’ll notice the small endearing areas in this gallery. I came in particular for the Wayne Thiebaud special exhibition and as someone that enjoys food illustrations, this was such a cohesive exhibition that included so much about Wayne Thiebaud himself. I was amazed by how well it was curated and how truly “special” it felt to come see Thiebaud’s work in real life. Thank you Courtauld for arranging this! - 3rd floor has paintings; 1st floor small room has Thiebaud’s etchings and prints! Basement floor is the souvenir shop!    We visited this magnificent gallery, founded in 1932 by Samuel Courtauld, a member of a renowned family of art patrons. It's located in Somerset House, a historic building with stunning architecture, and occupies three floors. We especially loved the second floor, dedicated to the Renaissance; it was a delight. We'd love to return again to experience this magical atmosphere.

   Visiting the Courtauld Gallery was an unforgettable experience. Although it isn’t the largest gallery in the city, the quality of the collection is astounding, featuring some of the most iconic works in art history. A personal highlight was encountering one of my favourite pieces ever: Claude Monet’s Bouquet of Flowers. The vibrancy of the colours and the softness of Monet’s brushwork are truly breathtaking up close! I spent a while just staring at this one piece specifically. The building itself is a work of art, with its elegant architecture and painted ceilings which some may accidentally overlook. It’s a lovely surprise that adds to the charm of the gallery :)

   The Courtauld Gallery is a really excellent exposition with a stupendous collection of impressionistic paintings! It’s free for students, staff is very helpful, the space is very clean… the whole experience was incredibly pleasant! The gift shop was very lovely, too. Highly recommended!

   A beautiful area with a 3 floored gallery, cafes and shops. The gallery exhibited a range of paintings and sculptures within interesting architectural structure from the ceiling to flooring. Visit the Courtauld if you are looking for a more chill day in London or a space to study. No artwork are shown in photos to avoid false crediting.

   The restoration and reopening in Nov 2021 was much anticipated and does not disappoint. A brilliant reimagining of a historically important building ready for the new audiences of the 21st century. A stunning contribution to the London art scene.

   The gallery is located at the grand heritage building called The Somerset House which is worth seeing on itself. The gallery inside though not big but the interiors have been well maintained. On top, there’re quite many wonderful modern & antique paintings being displayed.
