Before I started working with Paul I was a performer who ironically travels the world for a living but had a crippling fear of having an embarrassing toilet emergency or accident everywhere I went. This was ruining my quality of life and putting a lot of stress on my nervous system. My world was becoming smaller and smaller. Over the course of the last 3 months Paul has helped me to retrain my mind and release my unconscious trapped fear whilst helping me to consciously deal with misguided intrusive thinking. It’s been a tough road but committing fully to myself and this process has been the most rewarding thing I could’ve done. My world is only getting bigger now and I will continue using what I’ve learned until this 10 year long feeling of limitation is a thing of mere distant memory.
