“Staff are really friendly and helped to try and get baby into position for 4D photos. Unfortunately baby wasn’t playing ball so I was recommended to get a fizzy drink and sweets which I did. I was able to go back in for a second scan to try again. Baby’s hand was still in front of the face but the sonographer was able to get some nice pics with a bit of movement. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend!”

“I have just competed the 3 day ultimate ceramics course. My expectations of the course were exceeded. Dominic is an excellent teacher, friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. The course covered preparation of teeth, which ceramic can be used in different clinical situations and cementation/adjustment. On the 3rd day Michele, from MPOP lab, presented the view from the lab side and what will help them to create the best results. He showed a clinical case from start to finish. Overall I couldn’t recommend this course more. Everything that I have learnt I can put into clinical practise from basic to more complex cases”

“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

My son attends the pre makab classes on the weekend here, he really enjoys it and he has learnt so much! They are great and supporting their students and provide a great environment for them to prosper in”

“A massive that you to Dr Panesar and the rest of the Birmingham Orthodontics team!! When picking where to go to the orthodontics I did lots of research and decided to pick here which I would recommend. Dr Panesar spent lots of time making sure my teeth were moving correctly, explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. Being able to have appointments on a Saturday also made the process of having Invisalign a lot easier as I wasn’t having to fit my appointments around work. The price was all explained up front when I went for a consultation and there were no hidden costs.”

“We've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.”

“Not one to leave a review. Visited here for a wedding yesterday. ALL staff are incredibly helpful, despite being rushed off their feet & ALL provide an impeccable service. Great example, the queue at the bar “WHAT QUEUE” I have to mention the main lady in glasses assisting with the wedding FANTASTIC character & the youngest girl assisting her FABULOUS too. Start to finish the team made a great effort to ensure everything was run super smooth. They helped make this wedding a SUPERB event. Really surprised to enter into the actual social club from the wedding area. To find it packed to the brim with regulars. This place deserves its loyal attendees. Well organised in general, there’s a pleasant & processional guy sat in the foyer. He also deserves a pat on the back. The most organised “social club” I have entered to date. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and had previously given me helpful advice on how to avoid grinding my teeth, which I really appreciated. Nurse Ifat was also wonderful very efficient and encouraging, which really helped since I was a bit nervous. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The reception staff deserve a special mention too they are polite, efficient, and set a welcoming tone for the practice. Even though unfortunately due to the football we didn’t get many models we have been rebooked for another day to ensure we are 100% happy with our work. The trainers are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn’t one question unanswered. Also there is a rep called Sue, she is absolutely AMAZING.
