“Genuinely one of the most extraordinary escape room experiences I’ve ever had. A huge highlight of the experience was Beth, who accompanied us throughout. She played the role of the maid brilliantly, adding just the right amount of tension, atmosphere, and theatrical flair. Her presence made the whole environment even more unsettling and immersive. Whenever we found ourselves getting stubborn over a particular puzzle, she nudged us in the right direction in a very natural and in-character way, which kept things flowing without breaking the mood. “I have shot many weddings here and its by far one of my favourite venues! The staff are wonderful, insightful and helpful in both the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. So many fantastic spaces inside and out for different parts of the day from Queens Street Gardens for photos, confetti on the steps outside, Cullen Suite for fizz and canapes and the New Library for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, the venue is simply stunning and I highly recommend it to any couple looking for either a small, romantic and intimate wedding all the way to a full day celebration and I can't wait to return!”

“I had such a great experience here! First of all, all the staff are brilliant! I went to get new glasses and wanted to try contact lenses. Everyone took time to discuss all the options, explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was happening. Jay (I don't know how to spell her name) was my optometrist and she was so great! I felt so at ease with her and she didn't give up to find me the right fit for contact lenses! When it came to finding the right glasses the staff took so much time and care to find what suited me and gave me advice, so that I didn't even feel that I needed to bring someone to help me pick glasses. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any questions or if you're nervous about anything, these lovely people will take good care of you!”

“If you desire superb food and atmosphere, then this place to go but be sure to book a table. It's located in the city center not far from the Scott monument. From the first moment we felt welcome and the place has a nice and calm atmosphere. We celebrated our anniversary there and both of us had the wagyu steak for our main course. You can choose from several different side orders. All to your choosing. The steak was perfectly prepared to our liking. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and service minded. Truly a place to recommend.”

“I watched Beetlejuice and I was impressed. Not just by the film. The cinema is very posh and beautiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful . I also liked the selection of snacks and drinks. The seats were very comfortable and there was the possibility to lift up your legs. The restrooms were spotless . All in all it was a luxurious experience, especially given it's location.”

“Went as a couple during a trip to Edinburgh. We booked via OpenTable, but on arrival, we weren't in the system :( The place was packed, but the lady at the front desk found us a table just over an hour after the original booking. I can highly recommend the bar next door's French 75 and Old Fashioneds to help pass the time :) I had a 950g porterhouse, medium, with a good charring. It was delicious. Pink and juicy, melt in the mouth stuff, with fat rendered so it dissolved in my mouth. I think my girlfriend enjoyed her food too, but I was too distracted with the beauty that was mine :D”
