“Welcoming comfortable relaxed place, first floor, rather a steep straight carpeted staircase up from the street door. Communal room with comfy seating and a low table, small kitchen area with kettle & herb teas, & 2 (quite small) unisex toilet cubicles. There's a waiting area with a row of dark-red padded seats. Large hall with windows at the street end, high beamed ceiling, wooden floor. All slightly worn & feels relaxed. It's clean, & 'good energy' ~ an inviting & somehow soothing & comforting, gentle place (in my experience)”

“Well, what a lovely experience for my nervous little rescue Frenchie! Up until today she wouldn’t let strangers pick her up, not even her vet is allowed to put her on a table and examines her on the floor. Within 60 seconds of entering Pugs in a tub she was up in on of the guys arms! When I collected her they had even managed to clip her claws for me which I was amazed at as she doesn’t let people touch her paws!! She’s currently sprawled on the sofa enjoying (noisily) her rabbits ear… thank you guys, amazing job and care!”

“A hidden gem of Brighton. Very first time here and didn't disappoint for choosing this place. Love craft beer and they are the best one for serving craft. Such nice selection of beers from IPA, stout, Sour, neipa etc. Good choice for cask and keg. I like the atmosphere. Not very big place but have plenty of seats. Bar guy was cool. There were board games and such nice green house plants.”

The staff were brilliant, letting me go through the side door so people in the waiting room wouldn't see the cat that had died en route. They were kind and considerate and helped me find the owner of the cat shop I could tell them what had happened.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria Wilkinson at Taylor Rose in Brighton. Victoria uses language that is easy to understand and she will explain matters in a very understandable manner. I found that she replies to communications very quickly, sometimes within moments of you having pressed the send key. “A wonderful cornucopia of stuff! Tables, chairs, sofas, cupboards, beds, books, toys etc etc. All are at a knock down price. It's our go to first place now. The cafe is also very good, I have a chilli burger and chips. The burger and slaw were homemade and the chips hand cut. Excellent!”

“Had issues with car battery, Pedro came down and diagnosed the issue AND fixed the problem within a day! All other garages wouldn't have seen me for 2 weeks... He explained the issue clearly unlike some garages and did this for what I would consider a good price, he's also very nice guy as well. definitely calling Pedro the next time I have an issue.”

“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”

“I’ve only been studying at TBA for a term now but I absolutely adore this place! I have learnt so much in my short time here! The faculty are all long time professionals that provide the highest quality training, the contact hours are unlike any other drama school I’ve seen and the facilities are great, there are 3 campus’ that are only a short distance apart, each campus has several large studios, changing rooms and private singing rooms. At TBA you are taught by your own principals multiple times a week, you get 2 one to one singing lessons a week and amazing opportunities to take part in a multitude of shows. If you are thinking of auditioning for TBA I’d say go for it! You’ve got nothing to loose and everything to gain! (Besides, they provide you with a free audition!)”
