We had the most superb experience with Elvis. He is so very professional, patient, kind and helpful and such a skilled driver, negotiating his way through some very heavy traffic near Putney Bridge with complete calm and skill. I have never met such a more accommodating driver than Elvis. My wife had surgery yesterday, he drove deliberately slowly so she didn't suffer over bumps. It cost him money to do this, but wouldn't increase his fee.

The service which I have received from Elvis has been truly outstanding. He goes the extra mile to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. Everything from taking bookings to punctual arrival and comfort is taken care of with the minimum of fuss. The car is extremely comfortable and always beautifully presented. Besides airport trips, Elvis also took me to and from the hospital in London ,where I underwent major surgery on two occasions. He was very kind and reassuring and took away much of the stress. He was also very helpful in carrying and assisting me with my luggage and ensuring my comfort at all times. I cannot recommend Elvis and his company highly enough.

Elvis is kind, thoughtful and reliable. He waited at Heathrow until the delayed long-haul flight arrived, then made my family feel welcome. He helped them with their luggage and was sensitive to their needs after the long flight. The car is immaculate and can comfortably accommodate two adults and two small children in secure child seats. I will definitely use this service again, and would recommend it to anyone.
My wife and used this service for the first time recently and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The car came and collected us on time and the driver ( Elvis) was the perfect gentleman. The car was immaculate and the service superb. On our return he was there to meet us on time and provided the same quality service home. Arrived at her wedding in style! We used Brighton Eagle Chauffeur to transport us to Brighton Town Hall and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were helpful, pleasant, reliable and efficient throughout and I would definitely use them again. We ordered a black Mercedes, which was decorated simply and stylishly with white ribbons and bows, it added an air of elegance and fun for our drive to the service. Our driver Elvis was a lovely man, polite, gentle and thoughtful, having turned the air con to max beforehand, in order to have the car cool for the blushing bride and bridesmaids! I really appreciate the trouble that was taken, it made everything calm and peaceful for the big day! Thank you!
