Amazing place to stay in Brighton. It's quirky, beautifully furnished and everything about it is generous. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Just to note there is an underground car park opposite which is convenient but expensive. Don't let that put you off staying here.

We booked the ground floor apt. Wow! What a place! Well decided. Well equipped. Even room service as included … breakfast is extra but we decided to use our own time in venturing around. The team was very helpful and provides info to Brighton. Well situated and easily accessible to roam around.

I had this Japanese whiskey which was awesome. It was their recommendation. The music was OK. Too mellow for me. Theights were too bright too. The place is very nice but they could dim the lights a bit and play some jazz or something less mellow. I'd certainly go back there again. Great Staff! Tip-top!

Absolutely loved it. It's a but pricey, but the location and the view are spectacular. Staff was really nice, too, and there's a nice bar although I didn't really had time to spend there. Would highly recommend! I was in won room 9 and the view was breathtaking!

A quirky little boutique hotel in Brighton. Our room was very small (including a tiny bathroom), but it was cosy and perfect for our short stay. It also had a nice balcony overlooking a grassy square and the sea view was amazing! I spent ages just looking out the window at the view. I also loved the arty concept. The staff were really friendly and it was easy to walk to lots of bars/restaurants from here. I also loved the breakfast - the vegan breakfast was probably the best vegan breakfast I’ve had at any hotel, and the coffee was great.

It was located where it said it was and it had sea views. It also had a bath and bed and towels and tea bags and a kettle and a coffee machine. It also had real and proper wine glasses in the room for you to have that sneaky pre going out drink. Not in a coffee cup or mug. Lots of touches that made it account for the overall shock that for the money it’s really not a £249.00 a night room. We stayed there for a 15th wedding anniversary using a voucher from friends of £300. So we had to pay £balance. I cringed when paying the balance as it was worth just about worth that for the two nights and I wanted the £300 to be given back to my friends. The lift is the slowest lift in the world. The building has leaks all over and the Place is just tatty. Great location. Parking sucks. But it does throughout Brighton!!nice people working there just didn’t add up. Especially as breakfast wasn’t included. Walking distance to everything so as I say location was great just would t stay there again for the price.

I haven’t even finished my stay at the Artist Residence Brighton. I used to come here a few years ago and I have always loved staying in the different rooms. I decided to bring my partner here for our anniversary and the AR team did not disappoint. When booking I stupidly booked the wrong dates. Friday and Sunday instead of Friday and Saturday. I called up in a big panic and Louis on the desk was more than brilliant. They luckily managed to have a spare room that wasn’t booked for either of the nights I needed. They showed us to our room and it ended up being an upgrade from what I had originally booked. I know we would have loved our original room anyway. But the care they put in just made it for us and it has completely perfected our anniversary. Currently having breakfast, it was good. I work in a pub hotel myself and I love to hear the team getting along so well. It’s so important. Every time I stay here I want to redecorate my entire house to look like the room I just stayed in. Anyone wanting to book, the app ‘Hopper’ got me a good deal for my stay and a big big discount if you refer friends. (Just don’t make the same mistake I did by booking the wrong nights, because Expedia or Hopper wouldn’t help me but thanks to the AR Team they made me feel completely welcome) Thankyou and without a doubt I will be back as many times as I possibly can be.
