“Incredible. Ordered on the phone and drove down from Uckfield, order ready when I arrived. Food was fresh, high quality and unique to other burger joints. Price fair for the quality provided. Will absolutely be back to try the other burgers.”

“I’m very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and it’s sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.”

“What a brilliant little theatre! A Lewes gem. Comfy seats, fabulous little bar upstairs serving Harvey. Heck, there’s even real tea on tap. I can’t comment on the quality of the plays (ours was a blast: Hound of the Baskervilles), but the venue is marvellously sincere.”

“What an excellent pub! I only stumbled upon it after a hike. Brilliant selection of craft beers on draft and a couple of cask ales. Very nice beer garden below the chalk cliff. Very enjoyable chat with the friendly owner Dominic. I’ll be back!”

“Sophie is a wonderful teacher. My daughter has been taking piano and signing lessons as well as participating it musical workshops. She loves learning with her. Sophie seems to really understand her pupils and draw out their talents and answers to particular interests. You can tell that she lives and breathes the music she teaches”

“This is a terrific school. If you're looking for somewhere which is not an "education factory", which values courtesy and thoughtfulness, which understands that young people are individuals with strengths to be nurtured and weaknesses to be addressed rather than small statistics in larger cohorts to be monitored on a graph, then it's the school for you. It's warm, quirky, committed, fun and the teachers are terrific. Made me want to go back to school. And I'm 53!”

“It's not a bad college. The staff (both teaching staff and support staff) definitely care about the outcomes of their students. There's a nice vibe about it, and students seem to get on with each other nicely. A great library with a wide selection of services, books, printing and borrowing of laptops. The only criticism I would have would probably be over communication. Staff can be hard to contact at times as emails often don't get responded to. But that is my only criticism. There is a cafe and a refectory that offers a free breakfast to students, this was something I took advantage of when I was there.”

“Really good food. Have been using these guys once or twice a month for 6months now and yet to have a cold delivery or any complaints about the food. Delivers to Glynde which is a major plus! Duck spring rolls are amazing as is the beef in black bean. Just about to call again for a takeaway!!”

“Such a wonderful nursery, my daughter settled in so well in the beginning and runs in every morning without a backward glance. The staff are so friendly and caring. The activities are varied and interesting, lots of fun for the children with really inventive ways for the children to learn key skills. The trips the children go on are an added bonus. The spaces for each age group are well-designed and furnished for each developmental stage. The nursery is just such a wonderful, nurturing setting.”
