   My daughter has been going to Sophie’s Joyful Jamboree choir on a Thursday evening at the Malling Community Centre. I really can’t recommend it enough if your children are into singing. It’s such a lovely group and my daughter has got so much out of it since joining, her confidence has grown and she is a happier person. Sophie is just lovely and really focuses on fun and wellbeing as well as teaching fun and current songs. Annabelle- aged 6 Sophie is really nice. Singing makes me very happy, I really enjoy it. I’ve made loads of new friends, I love playing games with everyone during the break too.

   Sophie is a wonderful teacher. My daughter has been taking piano and signing lessons as well as participating it musical workshops. She loves learning with her. Sophie seems to really understand her pupils and draw out their talents and answers to particular interests. You can tell that she lives and breathes the music she teaches

   My 9 year old son loves his piano lessons with Sophie. Even after a hard days work at school he's always keen and eager to get to his lesson and have fun! Since having lessons, he will regularly go to the piano at home and practise of his own accord, which gives him a huge sense of satisfaction and achievement. This has brought so much to his life in terms of learning music creatively, enjoying it and Sophie even encourages him with his own compositions. I would recommend Sophie to anyone!

   My daughter is really enjoying learning the piano with Sophie. Sophie has identified what elements of learning the instrument my daughter finds fun and has tailored the classes to make them super enjoyable for her. Sophie's flexibility over the past year with on-line and face to face sessions has given us some much needed continuity. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sophie as a piano teacher and we look forward to future lessons!

   After my six-year-old daughter's first singing lesson with Sophie the first thing she said was: 'When can we have one again?'!!. I asked her what she liked about it and she said 'It was amazing and it felt happy'. Sophie was kind and encouraging and my daughter loved learning the new songs Sophie taught her and getting the chance to make one up herself! It was great to see my daughter's confidence grow and her creativity being nurtured in such a supportive way. Thank you!

   Sophie is my 7 year old sons singing teacher for 4 lessons now and we are so happy with her, it's lovely to have the happy sound of singing in the house during his lesson. Sophie has experience working in the mental health sector and sings positive affirmations as part of the warm up which I think is so important for him and heart warming to hear. She is so good with children, very encouraging and he is quickly at ease and enjoying the lesson. Highly recommended.
