“I’ve been taking my 2 year old for swimming lessons and my 10 year old for roller skating on Saturday. The pool changing rooms are always clean and I love how sunny and well lit the pool area is. I was also surprised by how fast the water slide is. So much fun. The roller skating is really fun as well and I like how they rotate the DJs week to week.”

“It's not a bad college. The staff (both teaching staff and support staff) definitely care about the outcomes of their students. There's a nice vibe about it, and students seem to get on with each other nicely. A great library with a wide selection of services, books, printing and borrowing of laptops. The only criticism I would have would probably be over communication. Staff can be hard to contact at times as emails often don't get responded to. But that is my only criticism. There is a cafe and a refectory that offers a free breakfast to students, this was something I took advantage of when I was there.”

If you're looking for somewhere which is not an "education factory", which values courtesy and thoughtfulness, which understands that young people are individuals with strengths to be nurtured and weaknesses to be addressed rather than small statistics in larger cohorts to be monitored on a graph, then it's the school for you. “I’m very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and it’s sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.”
