   We sought the help of the surgery for the first time recently when our dog was very poorly. We are relieved that both vets we consulted clearly had lots of experience and were also kind and patient with us and our dog. The proposed treatment plan and costs were explained to us throughout. All the staff made us feel welcomed and we would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

   disgraceful. we missed a phone call from them regarding our poor cat who had to stay overnight, said they would call back but never did, it’s been a day since this has happened and we still know absolutely nothing, what we are being charged or if our cat is okay. Absolutely shocking treatment from the staff who shouted at us when we tried to get in contact with them. Honestly disgusting disgusting behaviour.

   I gave this Vet 5 stars a few days ago because I had always thought they were the best in the area. Not anymore. The service I got few days ago turned out to be a wrong diagnosis and it was necessary to take my seriously ill cat back twice more before a correct diagnosis was forthcoming. As a result the cat was forced to make three stressful car journeys and a great deal of unnecessary Vet bills were incurred. I will certainly think twice about going there again.

   Just got my little dog Sophie back after having dental work done. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, my wife said from the moment she first rung the surgery to picking up Sophie after the operation the staff was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely be using the vets in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.
