Morella is always amazing. She is great with the young people I work with, and always goes above and beyond with her knowledge and information. I have even changed to collecting things from here despite it being quite a distance from my home. Always recommend.
I really appreciated the help I got from Mirella today. I’ve picked up my prescription a few times from this pharmacy, but it was only today that I was told I didn’t need to be paying for it; I just needed to complete some online forms. Despite being busy, Mirella kindly took the time to help me with this. Whilst doing so I observed her serving another customer, who she also helped by working out the best way for them pay. This is the service you want when you go to a pharmacy: efficient and kind :)
Love this pharmacy. I have been using this place for over 20yrs. It is my favourite chemist in Brighton and Hove. The staff are helpful and friendly and it is also a very pleasant environment to be in whilst you wait in turn. It is clean and cool. Keep up the good work guys!
A friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. You’re guaranteed to be welcomed with a smile and a lovely chat with Bal, the manager. Bal goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken very good care of. Not only are you taken care of on a professional level, but also made to feel as part of a family. His beautiful plants reflect this loving care. Definitely one of the best out there!
Recently asked for help with emergency meds. Horrid can’t do attitude on phone. Not sure about other staff but this woman could do with some customer service training . Then phoned Gunns, had everything sorted in 45 minutes .
Lane and Steadman are the best you can go to. They always sort things out. Bal is especially brilliant. I am a local Man and nothing does things better than them.
Fantastic unparalleled service. I tried other pharmacies in the area to get an emergency prescription for my son but to no avail - they were aloof and unhelpful. However, Julia at Lane and Stedman was brilliantly helpful and got it sorted. She is a credit to her profession: 'can do', practical and attentive. This is, by far, the best pharmacy in the area. Go here for peerless unmatched service.
The best pharmacy in England. They are professional, knowledgeable and supportive, especially the guy who runs it. Every time I need advice I'm confident that I will find my answer there.
