βZiggy's has an incredible range of food for my cat, Trudy, and, best of all, Kim and her staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommended them!β
βIβm very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and itβs sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.β
βWe have excellent service at Pets Corner. Our Romanian Rescue has had a funny stomach they have helped with our food advice for her.β
βOur little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.β
βI have always found cliffe vets to be professional & caring towards my dog Beau. Iβm very happy knowing heβs with a practice who understands how important it is to give pets the best care.β
βAlways look after may baby Rio well. Friendly staff and always remind me when she is due her checkups and boosters etc. the pet club is a bargain as it covers all checkups, annual boosters and kennel cough spray and worming tablets and flea treatment. Also will cut claws and express anal glands as part of service. Discounts off specialised foods too. Would definitely recommendβ
βFirst time visit, first time owner of a very large dog. The guy in the shop was really friendly and patient with me, answered all my questions. I left really happy that I'd found this shop. A proper shop, not impersonal like some pet supermarkets, a real proper shop. Sorry it's just the 5 stars, but that's all there are.β
βOutstanding dog grooming - ours is a very curly poodle cross who normally has a tonne of tangles and mud and who knows what caught up. Caroline does a brilliant job and has not only gained our dogβs trust (no easy feat) but also really pays attention to the details and throughness of the job. Great value for money and someone who really thinks about and cares for your dog.β
βVery good location, The food was good. The receptionist (Ali Behrouz) was very helpful when we had a problem in the basin bathroom, he act really quickly to fix it, with apologize, I am sure every manger will like to employee such a good guy like Mr. Behrouz. we will defiantly coming back. Mr. and Mrs Shiltaghβ
βVery professional attentive friendly dog walker. First time using but Louise was brilliant and catered for my dog with ease. Would highly recommend. Wouldnβt hesitate to use againβ
βLovely historic home run as an amazing B & B , tasty breakfast from fresh fruit and yogurt to full English breakfast, most definitely worth a stay !!!β
βFull groom and haircut done on a slightly nervous shih tzu for me a few times now. Always does a fantastic job, lovely patient, quiet attitude with the dog and super professional to deal with. Highly recommend.β
βWhat a wonderful stay! Stayed here after going to Glyndebourne. Comfortable room and really quirky decor which gives it a rustic feel. Delicious breakfast and really warm and friendly welcome. Would definitely stay again!!β
βWe have returned recently from 'one week' stay at 'The Old Flower Field Lodges', where we had the MOST AMAZING time. Our stay was made so much more enjoyable b/c of our hosts 'Shaun' and 'Sue' who run the business. The lodges were extremely comfortable, all the home comforts you need to make your stay more enjoyable / relaxing. Additionally, laundry and 'disabled / wheelchair' friendly (seated) shower facility is available for guests. Regretfully, we returned home on Saturday. Anyone looking for great location to stay, near to south-coast, home comforts and excellent hosts, we recommend you look at booking time at The Old Flower Field Lodges'.β
βTim and his staff are fantastic Our westie Charlie had chronic colitis and our local vet said they had done all they could for him. His weight was dropping dramatically and we feared we were losing him. Tim began treatment and within weeks he was putting on weight and back to his active life. Later he developed a skin disorder which again Tim was able to control. Sadly Charlie passed away with cancer but we know Tim gave him another happy year of life . Thanks again Tim you were brilliant Mark and Tanjaβ
βFabulous independent roastery/caf where you can get a far superior coffee fix than any of the mainstream high street places. Nice industrial space and atmosphere. Didn't try any food so I can't speak on that front, but most importantly, my espresso was excellent. Will stock up on beans next time I pass by.β
βHave passed by here for years and not found time to stop. Made time today and had an amazing birthday meal. Curry goat was amazing, my wife's pork chop was enormous, tender and beautifully cooked. My son's steak gorgeous and apparently the cheeseburger was the best my daughter has ever had. Fantastic staff too, so friendly and happy to answer any queries. Great local beers too. Great to see a small local place so busyβ
βA wonderful pharmacy, with caring helpful staff. A personal service and excellent shop.β
βLovely setting easy parking well laid out very clean receptionist are always helpful and polite first class service from vetβ
βCanβt speak for the rooms as didnβt see them but based on all else am giving a 5 as not sure what happens if skip stars for the rooms .. but the service is phenomenal. Fascinated to watch the efficiency and attention the staff give to their jobs. They dont skip a beat! As for the ambience and just total loveliness of the building and its setting. Gorgeous. Iβm trying to think of reasons to come back to this area. Loved it. My veggie tagine was pretty good too. Chips - French fries - as good as they get. No stragglers at the bottom you canβt eat. Yummy til the last bite.β
βPerfect place for a warm Summer evening meal outside. Great menu and very good quality food. Chicken came with one of the best Caesar salads Iβve had in a long while including fresh anchovies. The trout was also perfectly cooked. Large garden with various options for eating outside;open, partly or totally under cover. Best to book a table or arrive early especially on weekends, although be aware you canβt order food until 6pm.β
βStud farm campsite is one of the most beautiful campsites I have stayed on. The views of the south downs and the sea are second to none. The campsite is quiet and had respectful people when we camped. They have a toilet block and showers although as we up on top of the downs the water pressure was very low so not sure how good the showers were, toilets were clean and tidy... Camp fires were allowed but only off the ground which is understandable. The have on-site staff to help and bring firewood if you need. It's only a short drive to birling gap or the start of the seven sisters. The top of the hill can get a bit windy but if you prepare for it it's not a problem. Keep an eye of for spitfire flybysβ

βI'm currently living away from home for personal reasons. Isobel kindly fitted my cockapoo Norbert in at short notice to check his bum gland, which seemed to be causing him some discomfort. She talked me through the potential cause of the problem and how to express the gland at home. She then examined Norbert's glands and they didn't need to be expressed. Isobel did not charge for her time, which was fantastic. Given her calm nature and rich experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isobel. I plan to bring Norbert back for a groom as and when I move house this way.β
βCan we agree? Dog people are nuts. I include myself here. I came in with a large, DIRTY, poodleβ¦at lunchtime. βDo you have time?β I asked, ready to get the stink eye. βOf course we do!β Said the patient soul at the desk. When I returned my dog was clean, fluffy (better than I can do it!) and happy. The rates are more than fair. The shop is charming and spotless. OK, poodle-people, we should make these women very wealthy. BTW- the Golden I saw coming out as I came in looked really great too.β
βMy Toy poodle cross Shihtzu Teddie had her first groom with Teresa yesterday. As soon as we arrived Teddie was greeted with cuddles and lots of affection. I knew instantly that Teddie was really comfortable which means everything to me. Teddie had a full groom and nail clip, when we picked her up she looked fabulous...and smelt beautiful. Absolutely the best groom she has ever had. We have already booked up our next groom and we won't be using anybody else other than Dapper Dog Grooming from now on. Thank you so much β€οΈβ

βMike and Susie are super guests. It is a beautiful setting in Sussex close to Brighton and Burgess Hill. Hurstpierpoint is a lovely little village close to the farmhouse with restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast was served. Thank you for your hospitality.β
βLovely pet hotel for cats and smaller animals. Professionally run, jab certificate required, great, many very chilled and beautiful cats in the main cattery. Clean, not smelly, nice outdoor part for them to wander into, very secure. We left our beloved family cat with confidence. Miss him though. β€οΈβ
