Stud farm campsite is one of the most beautiful campsites I have stayed on. The views of the south downs and the sea are second to none. The campsite is quiet and had respectful people when we camped. They have a toilet block and showers although as we up on top of the downs the water pressure was very low so not sure how good the showers were, toilets were clean and tidy... Camp fires were allowed but only off the ground which is understandable. The have on-site staff to help and bring firewood if you need. It's only a short drive to birling gap or the start of the seven sisters. The top of the hill can get a bit windy but if you prepare for it it's not a problem. Keep an eye of for spitfire flybys

A wonderful campsite! I camped here for a week on my own and due to being at the end of the season I was practically on my own for a few days! From the start the owner same over and introduced herself explaining the facilities on the campsite. There is a simple and clean bathroom which was perfectly adequate for the stay. The showers were hot enough for me. I woke early and showered at around 6-7am and they were empty. Definitely will return again!!!

Really nice campsite. Basic facilities, clean toilets - 2 per gender. Only issue was it took us a long time to put our tent up as the wind was vicious when we arrived. If you have a tent, pick one of the pitches along the line of trees or block it with a vehicle (although this only helped a bit). Recommend the pub the smugglers rest which is a 40 minute walk away.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The site is so well located with beautiful views of the sea and the Downs. Staff were very helpful and easy to contact. The washing up, showers and toilets were all very well maintained and clean. It was so peaceful here. I also felt very comfortable here as a woman on her own. I loved it!

Fantastic views, very clean toilets and showers. Such a peaceful place with friendly staff. Plenty to do around the area. The pitches were really big so the campsite isn’t over crowded at all. Highly recommend this campsite. We will 100% be returning. Thank you for a great stay.

Great site with great views and great facilities. We would stay here again 100% The only negative I can think of is the ground on our pitch was really hard and bent most of my durable pegs. Pitch 1 or 2. Apart from that, it was great.

This was my first time camping and it definitely won’t be my last! Had such a lovely weekend at Stud Farm, so peaceful and tranquil and sheep everywhere makes this such a fun experience. Gorgeous walks in the area, fantastic view from campsite and the owner is so lovely and welcoming. The facilities were also really clean and well looked after, it was so hot when we were there that the reservoir had dried up and the water pressure wasn’t great, but was supplied with plenty of water bottles to wash hands/dishes etc. My only request would be to open the coffee trailer a couple hours earlier :)

Beautiful location close to Brighton but feels miles away! We pitched our little tent, got the fire pit and fire starter kit deal and had pork burgers from their pigs (absolutely delicious!). All very good value for money. The facilities are satisfactory and cleaned regularly. No complaints - a truly peaceful spot for a little nature getaway in the South Downs. Views of the sea too! Loved it and would love to go back soon. Thank you for the very hospitable greetings too :)
