Lovely clean site. Lovely walk into Brighton....about 30 mins. Lovely bus journey to Eastbourne. If you need wifi..it is VERY limited here. We got tv on a non-smart tv but zero connection to Netflix/utube etc. Staff very friendly. Lovely little mobile cafe on site

As per usual with all the CMCC sites we have visited since August when we got our smaller motorhome. Immaculately clean, well laid out and terrific staff ( where do they find them all? ). Chef Phillipe was not working that weekend as there were relatively few bookings. Shame as he comes highly recommended. One downside is the walk to the site in the dark with no street light. Both in our 70's so felt a bit vulnerable. Well up to the high standards the club seeks to maintain and we strongly recommend for staying here when visiting Brighton

We love this site, easy to walk into Brighton, or a short bus ride away. I think they have lowered shower water, temp only just warm enough for me on a cold day. So close to town but very quiet, we slept very well and can't wait to return.

We have stayed on this site a few times now and find it really well positioned to explore Brighton area. Its a short walk or bus trip into the centre but close to the seafront for a lovely scenic route. Its also close to the Marina with supermarkets close by but positioned in a lovely quiet nature reserve area. The staff are lovely and friendly. Its a great site. In the local area I'd recommend a dog friendly pub we came across in Kemptown called Rock Inn, it was a lovely spot and only recently refurbished, great choice of beer, ciders and wines, lots of local ones too. Saltdean Lido was also a great spot and just down the road. Gem of a campsite, so much to see and do - great stay every time.

Stayed here in a tent. I'm a solo traveller, so it cost me £49 for two nights. Facilities were top class and clean. There is a freezer in the block close to the reception. They don't have a shop, but there are plenty of shops a short distance away, including a large Asda. There is also a small bistro on-site that sells fresh pizza, pealla and lasagne etc. Easy walking distance to the marina. The town is about 45 minutes walk. I used the bus at £2.50 each way. The bus is the 1X and the bus stop is opposite Lidl a short walk away. You catch the same 1X back at bus stop C on north street (close to the royal pavilion) There is access to the south downs walk a short walk away, so plenty to do.

Great place to stay, easy walk into Brighton along promenade and the other direction Rottingdean. Approach Road has now been resurfaced and a better area than it was before. Good friendly staff and immaculate site. Buses a short walk away not far from Lidl and Asda either. We won't bring car again as buses very frequent if you need them. Recommend this site

Such a lovely site. We have just left there. It was Great for our little boy and the dogs. 20 min walk to the marina and beach. Asda 5 minutes drive away. Approach to the site is good (something I always worry about) staff were so nice and helpful. Site is one of the cleanliness we have been too. Only criticism I would have would be to make the dog exercising area bigger but otherwise it was a lovely site and we will be back.

Lovely site, good amenities, a place on site to buy takeaway food from a lovely guy who lives on the site. We had a fresh pizza done in his pizza oven. Short walk to the marina then a bus ride to the pier if it's wet and you dont fancy walking. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place. Busy site very well located. Everything was lovely and clean. Stayed 1st weekend in December lovely and fresh to put it one way but no rain. Even though middle of winter we had an end pitch with lecky and the door opening the right way so very secluded. Still the same amount of people watching but more relaxed. Traveled round Brighton a bit and to Beachy head and Lewis. Very nice place to stay would like to go again. Thank you…

To be honest it's pretty hard to fault. Wardens clearly work hard. Pitches are immaculate. Great connections with buses, but out the way enough not to hear the road noise etc. There is a small football club next door so Saturday home matches can be a little lively, but that just added to the fun for us. My ONLY moan was the lack of seating in the shower (including disabled) as someone with bad arthritis who for getting dressed can be a bit of a fight, a small bench like many sites have would be a godsend. They have some low stools loose in the shower block but they're not the same. An absolutely lovely site and stay.
