Small 12 lodge Hoseasons site. Lovely setting, great for South Downs. Very well appointed lodge. Helpful, friendly staff.
A wonderful long weekend with my wife for our anniversary. The staff and cabin were amazing. One of my pet hates is unnecessarily slow and detailed check-ins. They were ready for us, 30 seconds later, we were outta there.
I cannot express how amazing these lodges are. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the private hot tub is a highlight. The lodge is clean and decorated impeccably. Communication for checking in was clear to follow (we were a late check in) everything was ready to go. We were absolutely gutted to leave. The guide book was invaluable for knowledge on the area and saved me a drive into Brighton with its clear description of the rail routes into the town instead. Yes the lodges are pricey, but I left feeling that the money had been well spent. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
Stayed in lodge 9. We received a warm welcome. Excellent location with lovely walks to nearby village, pubs or into Lewes. Lodge was well stocked with everything you need including salt, pepper and basic cleaning bits such as washing up liquid. Hot tub fantastic with a great views. We had a five star stay and will be booking to go back soon.
I have stayed here once a year for the last 3 years. It’s so peaceful and lodges are excellent quality and have everything you need inside them. Modern, comfortable, dog friendly, hot tub cleaned daily. Reception is extremely helpful. The owners are really accommodating and can’t do enough for you and your stay! Lovely walks and pubs to visit in walking distance. We always look forward to coming back year after year!
Spent a week there. Great accommodation and really relaxing. Near a train station and Brighton is really close. London is an hour away by train. Recommended the place if you want a luxurious get away
Stayed for a weekend with my wife. Lodge was amazing, clean and spacious with some useful features. Hot tub was checked every morning to ensure chemical levels OK. Staff were friendly and helpful. Welcome gift was a lovely touch. Great location to visit pubs and restaurants in Lewes. Would recommend.
Outstanding retreat!!!! I recently visited Swanborough Lakes this February for a surprise 30th weekend away with my partner. The lodge was very impressive , and the views surrounding it were breathtaking! The lodge itself was in immaculate condition, and it was set out with everything you needed and more! The attention to detail was perfect! Throughout our stay Caroline and her team were very accommodating ensuring we had the perfect stay! She sent a pack of the lodge information and places to visit, in which we found to be very useful! We used a local restaurant for a great Sunday roast! Walked through the countryside, and visited the local town. This was a wonderful, quiet retreat just what we needed from our everyday busy lives. A place to stop, relax, and rewind! Swanborough Lakes has left an everlasting memory for the both of us and we hope to be back later in this year! Would 100% reccommend to friends and family !!!!! Thanks again for the amazing stay!
Absolutely stunning lodges! A must go to place when you wish to relax in the most serene location. Very quiet and peaceful. Many amenities nearby. The lodges are of the most modern decor. Very stylish, beautifully furnished and top of the range appliances. We have been to many lodges and holiday parks but this place and the lodges stand out
Incredible long weekend at Swanborough Lakes Luxury Holiday Lodges. Couldn't have been more perfect a setting for a special few days. The lodge itself was superbly furnished, with everything you'd need (from a fully stocked kitchen to blankets for outside). The view from the hot tub was fantastic. Definitely somewhere we'll look to come back to.
