“My Toy poodle cross Shihtzu Teddie had her first groom with Teresa yesterday. As soon as we arrived Teddie was greeted with cuddles and lots of affection. I knew instantly that Teddie was really comfortable which means everything to me. Teddie had a full groom and nail clip, when we picked her up she looked fabulous...and smelt beautiful. “I'm currently living away from home for personal reasons. Isobel kindly fitted my cockapoo Norbert in at short notice to check his bum gland, which seemed to be causing him some discomfort. She talked me through the potential cause of the problem and how to express the gland at home. She then examined Norbert's glands and they didn't need to be expressed. Isobel did not charge for her time, which was fantastic. Given her calm nature and rich experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isobel. I plan to bring Norbert back for a groom as and when I move house this way.”

Little did I know when I booked the course just what a wonderful teacher I was putting my faith. Jackie is the most supportive, caring and knowledgeable individual you could hope to meet and is passionate about getting the best out of her students and the best care for the dogs.
