“My Toy poodle cross Shihtzu Teddie had her first groom with Teresa yesterday. As soon as we arrived Teddie was greeted with cuddles and lots of affection. I knew instantly that Teddie was really comfortable which means everything to me. Teddie had a full groom and nail clip, when we picked her up she looked fabulous...and smelt beautiful. Absolutely the best groom she has ever had. We have already booked up our next groom and we won't be using anybody else other than Dapper Dog Grooming from now on. Thank you so much ❤️”
“Our Bedlington terrier/whippet cross had his first puppy pamper with Sharon in the Frome store today and we are absolutely delighted! Sharon was so lovely with him, I think he really enjoyed himself. He looks gorgeous and Sharon also gave us great advice on how to take care of his coat at home and discussed how best to groom him in the future. I’m so happy that we chose Dogwood grooming Sharon has done an amazing job.”
“Ziggy's has an incredible range of food for my cat, Trudy, and, best of all, Kim and her staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommended them!”
“I'm currently living away from home for personal reasons. Isobel kindly fitted my cockapoo Norbert in at short notice to check his bum gland, which seemed to be causing him some discomfort. She talked me through the potential cause of the problem and how to express the gland at home. She then examined Norbert's glands and they didn't need to be expressed. Isobel did not charge for her time, which was fantastic. Given her calm nature and rich experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isobel. I plan to bring Norbert back for a groom as and when I move house this way.”
“Our little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.”
“First time visit, first time owner of a very large dog. The guy in the shop was really friendly and patient with me, answered all my questions. I left really happy that I'd found this shop. A proper shop, not impersonal like some pet supermarkets, a real proper shop. Sorry it's just the 5 stars, but that's all there are.”
“I’m very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and it’s sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.”
“We have excellent service at Pets Corner. Our Romanian Rescue has had a funny stomach they have helped with our food advice for her.”
“Very professional attentive friendly dog walker. First time using but Louise was brilliant and catered for my dog with ease. Would highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again”
“Full groom and haircut done on a slightly nervous shih tzu for me a few times now. Always does a fantastic job, lovely patient, quiet attitude with the dog and super professional to deal with. Highly recommend.”
“We are always very pleased after our visits to beautiful Boofheads. Katie has built a positive relationship with our dog and he loves visiting her and getting lots of cuddles! She always has a gentle, dog led approach and makes sure he is comfortable with every step of the process. Highly recommend.”
“We have discovered this amazing place for our dog. He can be a nervous with grooming but one garden grooming make my boy feel safe. Barry is always happy when I collect him, the girls are great, great customer service & friendly.”
“Outstanding dog grooming - ours is a very curly poodle cross who normally has a tonne of tangles and mud and who knows what caught up. Caroline does a brilliant job and has not only gained our dog’s trust (no easy feat) but also really pays attention to the details and throughness of the job. Great value for money and someone who really thinks about and cares for your dog.”
“Can we agree? Dog people are nuts. I include myself here. I came in with a large, DIRTY, poodle…at lunchtime. “Do you have time?” I asked, ready to get the stink eye. “Of course we do!” Said the patient soul at the desk. When I returned my dog was clean, fluffy (better than I can do it!) and happy. The rates are more than fair. The shop is charming and spotless. OK, poodle-people, we should make these women very wealthy. BTW- the Golden I saw coming out as I came in looked really great too.”
“Lovely pet hotel for cats and smaller animals. Professionally run, jab certificate required, great, many very chilled and beautiful cats in the main cattery. Clean, not smelly, nice outdoor part for them to wander into, very secure. We left our beloved family cat with confidence. Miss him though. ❤️”
“Had an issue with one of their baths. Took a bath to them to fix which they did, nice guys. Interesting to chat too.”
