    I’m very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and it’s sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.

    All the employees at Coastway vets in Lewes are amazing especially Karen the vet. She is so caring but not only towards your pets but also the owners. She is down to earth, friendly and tells you exactly how it is with empathy and care. Karen goes above and beyond to help her patients. I live in Eastbourne but travel to Lewes because of Karen. I’ve never known such a great vet who has compassion and empathy for not only her patients but the owners also. I cannot recommend Karen and Coastway Vets highly enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else they are fantastic.

    Just the most loveliest vets in Lewes, I have worked in boarding kennels so have dealt with most in area over the years plus with my own previous pets but Coast Way just fantastic. Karen Scott is an amazing Vet, she is so down to Earth, Professional, Caring, compassionate…. Explains everything so well and as it is. Took on my French Bull dog ‘Dolly’ 3 years ago and have always dealt with Karen, it’s like going to see an old friend and as if she only saw Dolly a day ago and knows her well. Nothing is rushed and treats your pet like they were her own. The practice is crisp and clean and the receptionists will do anything for you with a cheery smile.     Took my dog there this week for a check up. Easy parking and accessibility was great. Friendly welcome by the receptionist (Think her name was Emily?) Very efficient considering it was a busy time there and she was making clients feel welcome and acknowledged everyone very well. Was seen on time by the vet Paul who gave our dog a very thorough consultation. Highly recommend this practice. Our dog left a happy chappie after a biscuit...or two!

    Cannot recommend Coastway vets in Lewes enough!! I needed my rabbits vaccinated today after Pet Doctors messed up my appointment. I rang Coastway and they went out of their way to squeeze me in with an hour’s notice!! Paul - the vet who carried out the vaccinations - was very good with my precious rabbits - he checked them all over, weighed them and gave them their injections. Both rabbits were calm throughout. I will be sticking with Coastway from now on!!
