Went today to get some cold stuff very unhelpful they should not be able to operate snotty staff boots get rid of this shop. You are not doing yourselves any favours with type of service. When you need some help. Couldn't be bothered to help .
Now, normally, the staff in here are really nice and helpful, but on Saturday, 18th Oct, I encountered a very rude African lady who just deliberately ignored me. She was just, with all intention, staring right past me, and I know she heard me! It took me a number of attempts before she actually acknowledged me, and then she said abruptly, "i am serving a lady.". 1. It was not obvious that she was! and 2. so what!!, that's no excuse to act in an antisocial manner. Totally unprofessional, rude and substandard customer service. I expect more from someone who is there to assist the public. The pharmacist, on the other hand, who went and got my prescription, was lovely, and in respect of the usual helpful staff and the professional pharmacist, I give the chemist four stars. I knocked one off for the disappointment.
Absolutely shocking service. I have NEVER in all my life known a pharmacist like this (an Indian middle aged lady). I was revered here and she would NOT give me medication. She had a duty of care to refer me yet did NOT. Knowing I was withdrawing and so unwell. She had absolutely NO empathy what so ever She talks down to you and is extremely rude. I myself and other people I know have been treated like dirt from this said pharmacist. I also witnessed her close the door in the face of an old gentleman who was on walking sticks around 80 years of age saying - “we are now closing for lunch”. I would NOT recommend this chemist for your prescriptions. THE WORST IVE EVER KNOWN !! Boots need to be alerted to this member of staff immediately.
Pharmacy generally friendly; however when I was proscribed, an ailment from Germany, and gave the translation, they prescribed virtually the same cream, just in English. Also the lunch hours are 1:30-2:30, which should be present in the opening hours
Awfully run pharmacy, they never answer the phone or sometimes they actually leave it off the hook as witnessed while in store. They take a mystery lunch break and shut everyday at different times for around 70 minutes which isn't advertised on their website or store front! If you're lucky enough to be seen, they're always out of my required prescription and I have to return at a later date. Absolutely disgusting service from a brand such as Boots...
No hand Sanitizer for customers when you walk in shop. Suprised you are a Chemist and we do have a pandemic!!!!

Horrible staff from the receptionist to the actual pharmacist. I wonder if they know that a pharmacy staff has to care for patients. They are the continuity of the GP services. No customer service manner whatsoever.
Reasonable prices and pleasant helpful staff. Good stocks and always willing to order in. Give great accurate advice.
I have my meds delivered weekly. Yesterday they didn’t show up. This chemist said they had been requesting scripts from my Dr all week. When I spoke to my Dr this was untrue and it was only requested the morning they were due to be delivered. It is now the next day no meds. They are due this morning. I called and asked please may I be first on the delivery due to the mix up, as I have no medication. The women sounded disinterested and had no empathy that I had no medication. The reply was “I can ask him that’s all I can do!”. So I’ve had no medication last night, nor any this morning. I cannot get to the chemist due to disability. The staff at this chemist are very rude.
