Huge thanks to the staff today — they were so kind and helpful! My son’s bike had two flats, and not only did they let me use a super easy pump, they even helped me pump them up. This sports shop is always brilliant and knowledgeable — I’ve bought from them multiple times and they never disappoint.
I don't expect vendors to be treading on each other's toes to curry favour, but after waiting 20 minutes I would expect someone to ask me what I want. Time wasters, disrespectful staff.
I stopped by just to see if they had some choice in women's running shoes and I was positively surprised. They were also very kind and did a gait analysis even if I told them I had just recently bought a new pair and I would see how I felt with it. I don't live in Lewes but I'll try to go back to this shop to buy running shoes or equipment in the future!

A proper sports shop. It’s so easy to just buy online but I popped in to look at tennis rackets, spent 15 minutes trying a number of rackets while being advised by knowledgeable staff and returned home with a suitable racket at a very fair price. No guessing or waiting for delivery. Use it or lose it.

Unenjoyable experience buying specialised local club kit from the shop in person. They seem to either not know what they are doing or are trying to save money on printing costs. I fear it’s the later.
Fantastic personal service. In an age of instant online purchasing, this place is a true alladins cave of sporting equipment - and proof that shopping in person is so worth it. Anything you would need, all the best brands and staff who really care. Would highly recommend!
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who know their running shoes, staff member spent a good amount of time with me yesterday talking me through options and finding shoes to test. Really appreciate his efforts and clearly a store that cares about customer service. Recommended.
