Really friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me stock up with everything o needed for our new kitten. I’ve been coming back for supplies ever since!! Highly recommended.
What a fabulous experience! I went to find something to stop my 9 month old puppy from pulling and was served by Cassie. I explained the issue and she spent quite a while with me trying on various options until we settled on a Halti Train. Cassie was very knowledgeable and really took her time to make sure that I was happy with the options available and I ended up spending quite an amount of money whilst there. I can't thank Cassie enough and will definitely be a repeat customer ☺️
I went in looking for dental treats for my cat. Ellie was very knowledgeable and helpful; steering me away from the products that were mainly marketing gimmicks and advising a better quality dry food that actually helps remove plaque from teeth. Great customer service that makes me want to return to this store in the future.
We went into the Uckfield store looking for a flea control product for our Labrador and had outstanding advice from Polly. She analysed our issue and suggested the problem might be food, rather than flea related. She took time to look up an analysis of different food products that we might consider, including one we had just bought from a local supermarket. In the end we didn’t buy anything in store but will definitely be back when we need more food. Thank you Polly, top job.

Friendly staff here at Pets Corner in Uckfield. Always say hi when you walk in and more than willing to help when required. Lots of choice my puppy with regards to food, toys and walking equipment. Also plenty of parking available. Highly recommend
Ok...... so its a multinational corporation that is steam rolling over the small independent retailer........ but...... there is a huge range of products,the staff are amazing and attentive, they always greet you with a smile, and they seem to know what they are talking about! Its incredibly easy to park, and the store is laid out well. So If you want to get the feeling of the small independent retailer, without actually going to one, this is the place for you.
