It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”

All of them are exceptionally comfortable and we constantly rave reviews citing the mattress! They make the mattresses in the little workshop next door using Welsh wool. I’d say that their 400 quid mattress is better than our 2000 vispring mattress. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!”
