   A great experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the entire project was excellent and we had a few complications which were not down to B&H kitchens but they dealt with them without issue. I felt there was a far more personal service offered than would have been had I purchased from a large retailer. The fit was exceptional. Nick and Charlie took great pride in their work and it shows in the final product. I also purchased bespoke cubborads to match the kitchen the for my media wall. I also took up the NEFF cash back offer. No fault of B&H kitchens, it was a bit more laborious than it should have been but I did get full paid out. 5 stars deserved.

   We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and so glad we chose Brighton and Hove Kitchens. The service has been brilliant from start to finish. Graham's design was exactly what we needed, and he had some solutions for tricky areas that other companies we approached couldn't resolve. Communication has been excellent, we got all the information we needed before it started and then reminders during the project. Graham and Jem were easily contactable and very approachable when we had a question. Nick was also fantastic, I feel our kitchen has been built to a high standard and with care and attention to detail that we would not have got elsewhere. Thank you all at Brighton and Hove Kitchens!

   We could not be happier with our new kitchen. The entire experience, from initial consultation, through design and fitting was seamless. The communication with Graham was excellent throughout, and the team were incredibly accommodating when certain aspects of the fitting had to be delayed for the flooring install. Considering how high the quality is, the price was very competitive. Nick and Charlie were expert fitters and did a fantastic job. The end result is better than I could have imagined. 10 out of 10!

   We had a very clear kitchen design before we went into the showroom to look at units/ worktops. Jem & Graham guided us through certain aspects. The quality of the kitchen units & doors along with the great selection of work surfaces/ splashbacks was enough to decide on Brighton & Hove kitchens to carry out the work. We also decide to choose all our appliances there too. Neff had a great deal at the time of ordering. Dates were set and our fitters Nick & Charlie were absolutely fantastic. Calm, tidy, professional and exacting. Any little hitches were sorted out promptly & professionally. We love our new kitchen. Thank you to everyone involved

   Worked very closely with Jem and the team at Brighton & Hove kitchens and found them incredibly helpful throughout offering suggestions and options to make savings. The excellent customer service continued through to the fitting and remedying of a couple of very minor snags afterwards. We were very happy with the quality of materials used, the customer service and craftmanship of the fitters. Would happily recommend to others.

   All the team were fantastic at Brighton and Hove Kitchens. Graham designed a beautiful kitchen, including a bespoke dresser/bar to match the main kitchen, which we absolutely love. His design approach was considered and maximised the space we had, as well as taking on board our ideas. The quality of the kitchen is wonderful, as was the workmanship of the fitter, Nick. His attention to detail was exceptional, as was his patience with dealing with the other trades on site (we were doing an entire house renovation during COVID!). They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, kept us informed at all times.

   Fantastic service for a full kitchen design and install with Jem, Graham and Nick being great to work with. Very flexible in design and adapting to the quirks of a period property. Excellent quality (other tradespeople commented how well build the units were) and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Competitive on price and was nice to use a small company rather than one of the national ones. Highly recommend

Everything was then fitted with due care and consideration and the finished result is great.
