Their fitters were excellent and really took pride in what they were doing, it was a pleasure to see them at work. “James and his team were fantastic. We used them to refurbish our shower room and bathroom. The attention to detail and meticulous work by the bathroom fitters Tommy & Callum, was exceptional. They always explained what their plan was for the following day and were always happy to discuss any aspect of the job. James was a great manager pulling together the whole project and providing us with invaluable design ideas. He made it feel as if we were designing it ! We cannot recommend them highly enough.”

The quality of the kitchen units & doors along with the great selection of work surfaces/ splashbacks was enough to decide on Brighton & Hove kitchens to carry out the work. “Brilliant service, quality units, stylish design and fantastic installation. I was struggling to find a company to cover all bases until I found these guys. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. Even after the installation, when i raised a couple of issues, their response was still quick, proactive and helpful. Eg. I thought there was a scratch on one of the glass units: Kevin immediately offered to replace it. Turned out to be removable resin, but I was so impressed at the no quibbles approach to getting everything right. My only regret is not going through them for all the other services (electrician, plumber, builder, etc) as my life would have been so much less stressful if I had!”

“Coffee At 33 – Small shop, big heart (and seriously good coffee!) The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly — you feel welcome the second you walk in. . I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”

“Bought a set of dining chairs after the last lockdown as a treat to myself and I couldn’t be happier. It was great that they had a little history behind them too, which is always a bonus at dinner time. Delivery was smooth as well, mainly because I live on the first floor and a lot of couriers only deliver to the front door.”

“We run an Airbnb and have bought three beds from this family run business ranging in price from 400 for a double to 800. All of them are exceptionally comfortable and we constantly rave reviews citing the mattress! They make the mattresses in the little workshop next door using Welsh wool. I’d say that their 400 quid mattress is better than our 2000 vispring mattress. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!”

We ended up ordering a King-Size Ottoman bedframe and mattress, which Brendon kindly installed himself. It was exactly as described and super comfortable! I was struck by the generosity of the current owner when I went in with a difficult and very specific request and she went out of her way to help, loaning and then ultimately gifting my disabled father a step stool that she had previously used herself in the shop. We were and are incredibly grateful for the kindness shown.”
