An amazing experience from start to finish. Anyone i dealt with in the process of our purchases or install were so helpful, professional and some really went above and beyond. For my future renovations i will absolutely have Howdens on the list to use again!

The team in the depot are really great and friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile. When designing the kitchen, the designer was very attentive to what I wanted and helped me choose the correct colours and style. The price and planning process was nice and easy. Even had Ashton the manageress provide me with coffees and chocs. I am very happy with the service and the kitchen...

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a sales team. Dishonest, disinterested, rude & aggressive - I honestly cannot believe that Abi & Ashton are in sales. I was so furious at the way I had been treated, I asked for my money back and went down the road to the Howdens in Portslade where they quoted me £2000 cheaper than Abi & Ashton for exactly the same kitchen! Avoid this branch like the plague. If you do go to this branch, only go to Amy as she was fantastic. But poor thing I imagine has been bullied by this awful duo. Hope she makes it to another branch. Truly dreadful experience. Please do not waste your time and try any other branch of Howdens
we have used Howdens for over 14 years, ever since we have been trading and have to say we never been disappointed with their products and services. our new and repeated customers have been very happy with their kitchens. also if there was any issue with anything staff have always stepped in to help and get it fix with no time to waste. I highly recommend all their brunches not just this one. Has some very good product. Thank you AM General Building.
Wonderful range of kitchens on display. Staff friendly and not at all obtrusive. Dog friendly.
This week I used the Howdens Brighton Freshfields Depot for the first time I ordered two kitchen appliances which were both delivered I had to return one through no fault of Howdens and the service from the team was outstanding including Tom, Ashton, Regan, & especially Graham the delivery driver I would recommend the depot & team KR Andrew Madzia
