   ***DO NOT USE!!!*** ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** *NON EXSISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT POST INSTALLATION* had a bathroom installed by Wickes and a "recommended" installer in July 2025. Shower screen has leaked constantly since day one, and now we have water coming through the ceiling below from a leaking Ballofix valve on the tap supply under the basin. Trying to get the shower screen fixed has been impossible, spending hours on the phone, on hold, replying to inconsistent emails. Dealing with Janice in customer support, who just keeps passing in back and for between the installer and other departments. Damage to the lounge ceiling and walls from the latest leak will now need to be pursued and fixed. ABSOLUTLE NIGHTMARE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

   Outstanding service from the staff member with an orange hi viz (Jim I believe his name is). Such a kind man assisting me with buying a 14L trunk and helping me tie some rope that I brought onto it to make it easier for me to pull. I asked for advice on what’s best to make a handle and he immediately found the rope for me. He was patient while I was packing my plants and was an absolute legend. Need more people like him in the world absolutely made my day. Thank you Jim

   Awful company to get a bathroom installation from. Installation date was 4 months later than stated by designer when placing the order. Faulty part was sent which delayed the job by 6 days. 15 days in now and we still have no bath/shower or fully working toilet. See photo for 15 days of progress. All you get is apologies and no actions or urgency shown. Maybe when the bathroom is done we will love it, but unfortunately the experience so far has been awful.

   This shop is unable to deliver, offers tracking but can’t narrow down a 7 hours slot let alone send a 30 minute warning before. As result, the sudden delivery failed and they refused to cancel it but think it’s ok to start this show again tomorrow. So 14 hours dedicated to this rubbish service. Better go somewhere else where managers improve their systems

   Bought sander £45 took it home no charger or battery took it back wicks within 15 minutes purchase the lady at till said she is manager and because I had opened box ripped top of cardboard sue can not take it back and new battery and new charger is another £90 Manger at wicks said is written in corner of the box I have sarcoid and did not have my fine glasses to read the small print I left the sander with wicks they did not refund my money the manager has loyalty to wicks but no common sense Wicks is scam artist
