Good front door sales service, charging customer huge sum of money and yet with extremely poor craftsmanship and poor post sale service. I would recommend everyone to avoid at all cost as it’s not worth the money and definitely not worth the trauma to have to experience that. Ordered a fitted unit to be built for living costing over £6800. The initial sales people are great and professional, did their job, but the craftsmanship is terrible, removed my curtain pole and rank without my consent, causing multiple damage to the wall and even parts of the unit are visibly chopped! When raised a complain and hope to get some minor compensation, we were treated like beggars. 1. We were promised the job would be completed within 2-3 days but in the end the craftsman dragged to 4 day. All the extra time and hassle for us to get time off work and just stay there for it. 2. We would have been very understanding if it was a very difficult job and he had tried his best. But sadly no, he arrived everyday after 9:15am and finished before 3:30pm. He had slightly over an hour of lunch break and also keep leaving the flat to go outside and neither of us what he was doing all those time. 3. Detail timeline for a day. He arrived that day at 9:23, spent few minutes to put things around and then he told me he needs to go downstairs for a phone call, he left the flat from 9:35 and came back at 10:45, he did apologize for the absence claiming he has something he needs to resolved. Then he work in the living room till around midday and head for his lunch break at 12:05 and he came back around 13:14. He resume his work and he leaves at 15:23. 4. So typically, they worked 3 hours and 37 minutes per day and dragged the work for 4 days, causing multiple issues and damages. 5. And when raised all these to the post sells team, despite explaining all that, they gonna toss us £100 as compensation for a poorly done £6800 job with traumatic experience. No one can accept that humiliation. We were fooled by their wonderful sales team, so we blindly trust them to be professional and get the job done. But true experience is completely opposite. Our advice is, avoid at all cost, if cannot, don’t ever pay the final amount until everything is set and done properly. They don’t deserve a penny of that for any job done in such a bad manner. JC

Everything went smoothly from our initial contact with the store in Hove to the installation of the cupboard. In particular, Brian the carpenter / installer was great. He treated our place with respect and left everything absolutely spotless. We are very happy with our new cupboard. Thoroughly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Sharps. My experience has been nothing but short of a nightmare. Firstly, we have been booked for a design and the designer ( Michael ) came into our house to measure up. Before he left the property, he told us will send his design by email. As we have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and still have not heard from him. So, I emailed him as well as to give him a call. When I contacted him, I was met with a unhelpful attitude. He told me that he could have the wrong email address and will send it to us again. After weeks of waiting, we did not hear from him or had his design. It caused a significant inconvenience to my family. This entire process has been a complete waste of my time, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this company. I wish I could give this zero star, the service was garbage.

the most terrible service i think i have ever received off any company. Rarely answer the phone. when they do they just hang up. Delivered the complete wrong wardrobe to me all after they took my money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. would give 0 stars if i could

I think the Sales Assistant may have made the assumption that we couldn’t afford the wardrobe sets and so really didn’t try at all to sell us anything and was very unhelpful. We had to go next door to the expensive sofa shop to decompress and speak with some lovely positive people
