Brenden was really great in helping me to decide on the right bed and mattress for my flat. He knows his stuff and I always prefer talking to someone like this than ordering blind online. The bed came swiftly just three days after I put the order in. I am very happy both the bed and with the service. I would certainly shop there again.

Great service, went back several times to try different mattresses and Brendon was very helpful in making the choice, had the bed for a week now and it's very comfortable. The ottoman base instructions were detailed and straightforward fortunately as we had decided to assemble it ourselves. Very satisfied with the price and service and overall highly recommended.
Brilliant service from start to finish - Brendon gave a variety of recommendations for the mattress with different levels of hard/softness and allowed us to try in store. We ended up ordering a King-Size Ottoman bedframe and mattress, which Brendon kindly installed himself. It was exactly as described and super comfortable! The price was far more competitive than anywhere else we looked. Highly recommended!

Furniture and Beds gets an A+ from us. We are staying in a rental temporarily but the mattress was paper thin. After just a few days, our backs began going into a downward spiral and eventually I was barely able to walk from back pain. My husband researched many options both shopfront and online, and we decided to take a visit to F & B. I'm so glad we did. Brendon and his team are super professional, advising but not pushing as we explained we were in a temporary transition. We ended up purchasing the hybrid memory foam and spring. Immediately upon purchase, Brendon advised us on our delivery options and even went as far as contacting one mattress removal company himself. Our new mattress was delivered SAME DAY and it is one of the best purchases we've ever made. Fantastic value but the customer service really tipped the scale and we will definitely consider purchasing other items of furniture from this amazing local shop.
The BEST and quickest service I have ever received. I needed a particular bed frame within a few days at certain hour and day and they did manage to deliver it with a brilliant customer service. This is a great shop and the owner made buying a new mattress so easy and uncomplicated. At first when we walked in I wasn't sure about the place, it's really small and I didn't think they would have much choice because it's not your usual bed showroom with everything laid out. But the owner has loads of mattresses for you to try at the back and can order others in. He was really friendly and simplified the whole process for us a lot! The prices are really good and delivery is quick. The mattress seems great quality and we were really pleased with the whole experience.
