Jamie was so helpful, cheerful and kind when I visited this store last weekend. He gave me lots of help and advice on products. Robert Dyas is always a lovely store to shop in and the staff are wonderful!
I went into your store last week and was served by Antotnette I asked about double sided tape and shelf brackets , when ever I go into a store I have never been approached by customer service, but on this occasion Antotnette showed me where the items were I was very pleased with her service, she was very helpful and asked if there was anything else I wanted, I will be using this store more often. A good range of kitchen and household products and at reasonable prices and offers. We bought a few items which we are well satisfied with. Jodie was excellent in helping us with our purchases and it was lovely to have such lovely friendly customer service.
This shop has the most fantastic staff. They ALWAYS go above and beyond, are so knowledgeable, friendly and have fun whilst doing it. Brilliant people running a brilliant shop. I highly recommend and love coming in here!

I don't often need to visit Robert Dyas, but every time I have in recent months, the Hove team have been so friendly and helpful. They're always super cheerful and go out of their way to be helpful and kind.

made a phone call today to ask for advice re shipping documents with DHL as was a bit anxious about the process, and my friend was doing it for me. Staff who answered was super reassuring and knew procedures and delivery times really well. My friend had full support on her arrival as well. Ordered a parasol to be delivered to home but it was delivered to shop . After spending a hour on phone to parcel force who said it was delivered to the wrong address i had to contact store. Manager was no help whats so ever, basically told me i need to sort it myself. Phoned customer service and again no help at all, told me don't know why it was sent to wrong address and to re order again. first time in using Robert Dyas and not impressed with this service.
