Excellent service from start from finish. The lady that came to measure up for the estimate was extremely helpful and professional. A wide range of blinds for us to chose from and helped us pick 6 custom made ones fit perfectly with our new apartment. All communication re. payment and fitting was prompt and courteous. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Not as big as it used to be, but still perfect. The staff are fantastic and the service exceptional.

The range of haberdashery, materials and patterns is great and they usually have what I am looking for. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The gift items on the ground floor often seem like a mistake and I wish they would just use the floor space for more of the good quality fabrics, tools and haberdashery sold on the top two floors.

Fab old fashioned department store with everything fabric, furnishings plus crafts clothing and a nice cafe. Great range of knitting yarns and patterns and a good range upmarket and basic fabrics. Good for quilting fabrics. Huge haberdashery section. Great for kids too - I always get Easter and birthday pressies here for my nephews. They also have an event twice a year in March and Sept with lots of free craft workshops and demos. Nice cakes in the cafe and a calm genteel atmosphere!

Old school. Varied selection. Great helpful staff. The cafe is very nice and child friendly. The toilets now have a lock so only for customers. Flooring section is very good but expensive. There is a small toy section on the top floor
