   I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place because of the woman that owns it manages it was completely unhelpful as I was within the 14 day policy for returns but it was pointed out that I couldn’t return anything at all unless I bought it online. If I had to bring it back to the shop it would cost me half the money of the whole purchase to return it and pay above that for collecting so you lose 50% if you bring it back as they call it being “restocked”. Unpleasant and unhelpful never again. AVOID!!!

   I ordered a beautiful wardrobe off the website and it arrived just as expected. I am absolutely thrilled with it - it is a unique and beautiful one-off piece which goes perfectly in the bedroom. Vicki arranged the delivery for me and could not have been more helpful. Only wished I lived closer so I could drop in frequently to buy more of her lovely furniture!

   I bought 3 chests of drawers painted to order. They exceeded my expectations and are absolutely beautiful. Delivery for such bespoke items was very reasonable at 6 weeks. Also delivery charges were for the whole order so very fair. A really lovely touch is the little pots of paint included! Vicki is delightful to deal with. The whole experience was very positive and I will definitely buy from here again and will tell all my friends!

   Would highly recommend - I brought a lovely extendable table after having a bad experience on eBay. The staff were extremely helpful, I ordered it first thing in the morning and it was delivered the same day! Very happy with our purchase, will definitely be keeping an eye out for more furniture.

   I have purchased some lovely items with the ever helpful Vicki @ Home Sweet Home, and also had my own furniture painted with them. Every time Vicki has answered every question (and there were many)! Nothing is too much trouble and delivery each time was hassle free and arrived exactly as planned. The finish of the goods is perfect. Lovely attention to detail and my own furniture came back looking totally new! Oh and this was all done via email and telephone! I’ve not ever been to the shop but I suspect it’ll be packed with lots of gorgeous items all painted to a brilliantly high standard. I cannot recommend this store enough and the amazing customer service !

   I would avoid this company, especially if you are buying online and haven't inspected the furniture first. My wife bought a piece described as a "lovely up-cycled mahogany dresser" however a chipboard piece for junk showed up with some poorly applied paint on it. The owner was not helpful in organising a return and not apologetic in any way. It cost me £70 to get it delivered and an additional £70 to return it. Total waste of my time and money.
