My son has loved being there and always went in happy, some days it was be try hard to get him out. The staff are amazing and you can really tell how much they care about the children. “Both of my sons attended Goals summer club this week for the first time from Mon 11th August - Thur 15th August. They both absolutely loved it, can't thank you enough. It was so well organised, greeted every morning with a smile and a conversation by staff Jamie Culley. He was so helpful/accommodating and showed great interest in the child/parent ensuring their needs were met daily, also always checking in to make sure they enjoyed it. I really felt reassured and safe leaving my sons in Jamie’s safe capable hands. My boys have been to other clubs but by far we all prefer Goals. There was a Great variety of food (healthy too) My sons loved their lunch everyday. Even the pizzas they made. There was always drinks/water fruit available each day and snacks throught out. Couldn’t fault it boys really enjoyed being there for 4hrs, But maybe an extra hour would maybe support working parents. It’s not a criticism just a suggestion. Really hope it can run again during the half terms/summer holidays. Thank you so very much Amy.”

“We visited the Brampton Institute for the first time on Saturday 18th February 2017. We were greeted in a friendly manner, chatted to the regulars who were friendly and had a brilliant night with the 80's disco that was on that night! They have regular performers each month. Drinks were far cheaper than a regular pub so bonus! There is a good size car park at the rear but also parking space on the main High street at the front. They have a room for private functions upstairs which I am considering using for a club meet and were happy to show me round it even at the late hour! You must become a member to go to the club although you are allowed to visit up to 3 times a year before you decide but we shall be joining after our first! All in all a good night!”

“The room was clean and nice. The staff nice. Only stayed 1 night for business and it was ideal for that. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the Hunters Chicken that I ordered from the restaurant was so tough that a had to eat everything around it before I chiseled into it to avoid sending everything flying. Apart from that it was good. March 2023 update: I stayed for two nights this time on the 13/14, again for business. This time I made use of the swimming pool and the fitness suite on site. I also managed to try the sauna, the first time ever! I managed the whole 15 min on the timer. The food this time was really nice. I had a burger and steak (separate eve's). The team was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was excellent. I have notched up to 5 stars for this recent visit.”

“As always Hilton was fab. What really stood out about this location was the staff, don't get me wrong they're always lovely. We had our 2 yr old with us, when checking in the ladies at reception moved our room to the ground floor as lifts were being serviced when we came. So thoughtful, saved us a lot of trouble. They offered lego, crayons to colour with, and wordsearch for little one. Breakfast the team were attentive, again they saw little one and asked if we would like children cutlery and brought it out. Another staff member came over and let us know they could do waffles or pancakes for little one. We went with pancakes and he loved it! Same staff member (I'm cross with myself that I didn't get her name) when we getting ready to leave asked 'will we be seeing you for breakfast tomorrow?' We were just there for the night, she asked if we had plans for the day, my husband was taking our little one to a kids play whilst I had to go to work. Which she gave some solid recommendations on, glad she did because the place she'd said had been amazing. We were at Hilton in Bath earlier this year, this extra care from the staff didn't happen there. Again please don't misunderstand they had been lovely. But this level of care is what made my husband and I say we won't be bothering with any other hotel when we visit Northampton now. I know...long winded. But this family of 3 was very grateful and I truly wanted to convery that. Thank you!”
