“We booked a 4D scan with Window to the Womb and had such a positive experience. Our baby was hiding at first, and despite several attempts (including walks in between to try and get baby to move!), the staff were incredibly patient and supportive throughout. They kindly offered us to come back the following week, and after a few more tries we finally managed to see our baby’s face. We are so grateful for their kindness, patience, and care over the two days we spent with them. A wonderful team, thank you!”

“Great!!! I’m receiving treatment for patellar tendonitis in my left knee. After years of pain and trying to get the NHS to help me I have ended up coming to Blackberry for PRP treatment (2 Injections so far). I can honestly say that after one injection the pain I have had for 3 years from just walking has disappeared. It has only been 4 weeks and I have gone back for a 2nd injection, so hoping for even better results, but the ultrasound looks promising. The staff friendliness, knowledge and treatment from the staff was really great. I saw Simon and he went through all the options available to me, and then carried out the treatment. “Went to Decathlon on Saturday 02/05/2025 to purchase a bike for my daughter, we were offered a brand new bike to buy & best thing was it was ready in 20 minutes! The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much Lee, you really made my daughter's day x”

“Can’t thank this guy enough for all his help today. Having travelled for hours from Cornwall and left stranded in Northampton and needing to get home to Cheshire I called a few mobile mechanics in the area this guy being one of them who was happy to help me. Although I had to wait a few hours this was only because he had to get the parts he needed to complete the job. I was very nervous having read these awful reviews that he’s been left from one unhappy customer duplicating their complaint. (Can’t always please everyone).
