   As a first-time visitor to The Northampton Ear Clinic, I was initially apprehensive, but Jane immediately put me at ease with her clear explanations and calm, reassuring approach. She even provided a virtual view of my ear, which was both informative and comforting, also her generosity shines through, declining payment when she believed treatment wasn’t needed.    My family and I have visited Jane for the last few years, as a hearing aid user, I am reliant on micro suction every now and again. Jane is polite, friendly and professional.She will talk anyone who has not had this done before through the whole process, when we started she even showed images of the amount of wax that there was before and with it all gone after. Amazing results and hearing improved instantly. I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks for a great service.

She is also extremely generous, refusing payment on a number of occasions when she felt that no treatment was necessary.    I’ve been seeing Jane regularly for years now, and I could not recommend her highly enough. Firstly, she is always flexible and willing to book you in whenever she can, which takes the uncertainty away of knowing when you will get your ears unblocked. She is friendly and welcoming, and will make you feel comfortable no matter what your requirements are. Jane is knowledgable and professional, and will explain exactly what is happening through the appointment. She is also gentle, careful, and thorough, and the results are always amazing.    Honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had!! The service was outstanding and worth every penny. I was late due to traffic but Jane was very understanding and still proceeded to go ahead with my appointment. I was told all of the processes that will happen during the appointment, which I appreciated a lot because it was my first time getting this done.    I had never had microsuction before so was slightly apprehensive but my right ear was totally blocked, so something had to be done! Jane instantly put me at ease with her very friendly, reassuring manner. She showed me just how blocked my right ear was and, to my surprise, how much wax was in the other ear. She then proceeded to clear both ears - no hassle, no discomfort. Jane offers a brilliant, brilliant service. I won't hesitate for a minute if I need treatment in the future. Fantastic.

   I was suffering from a buildup of wax caused by the use of earplugs at night, which had gradually reduced the quality of my hearing. It was amazing to see just how clogged the inside of my ears had become, they were worse than I thought. Jane soon worked her magic though and after a 10 minute appointment my hearing is as sharp as ever! The procedure itself was fine, a slightly peculiar sensation at first but nothing too uncomfortable and worth it for the incredible results. Jane was lovely, very welcoming and clearly takes great pride in her work. Don't look any further if you need ear treatment in Northampton.

   I thought my ears were blocked and found it easy booking the appointment on the website. Free parking outside and well sign posted. On inspection of my ears( that I could see on the screen as well!) Jane told me that my ears are very clear and didn't need treating. Jane insisted there was no charge and i didn't need her services. She recommended what else may be the issue and pointed me in the right direction. Maybe she's read the book Go Givers, Give More! I won't hesitate in recommending Jane to anyone complaining of ear issues. Thanks Jane, wishing you all the best!
