   I am currently studying with the Upledger Institute UK on the Training from Scratch programme, and I’ve found it to be excellent value for money given the depth of knowledge, resources, and ongoing support included in the package. Each individual course is extremely in-depth, with a well-judged balance between clear theoretical teaching and extensive hands-on practical experience. The practitioners delivering the training are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced, and they create a supportive learning environment where information is communicated clearly and confidently. I joined the Training from Scratch programme as part of a career change to become a craniosacral therapist, and I have felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process. This has included not only the clinical training itself, but also practical guidance around the realities of becoming a therapist. I would highly recommend the programme to anyone considering professional training in craniosacral therapy.

   I first encountered Upledger Craniosacral Therapy as a client in a lot of pain, and I was so blown away with how much this therapy helped me that I decided to change career and become a practitioner. So I trained from scratch with the Upledger Institute over a number of years and found their teaching to be excellent and very thorough - an exciting and enlightening personal and professional journey. If I could have seen forward from the start of that journey to where I am now, I would have been amazed! What I really appreciate now as a practitioner is the ongoing support from institute members and the Upledger community, as well as the great range of further training and Zoom talks on offer to keep improving our skills.
