Lovely experience for gender and wellbeing scan. The staff were very kind and helpful, explaining everything as they went. Highly recommend
We had our baby gender scan today and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the scan was unhurried, and everything was clearly explained. It made such a special moment even more memorable. Highly recommend.
This will be our 3rd time visiting the Kingstanding branch and the staff are always so friendly, professional and welcoming. These experiences have elevated our pregnancy journey and we are super grateful for them and their services. Would highly recommend!
Staff are really friendly and helped to try and get baby into position for 4D photos. Unfortunately baby wasn’t playing ball so I was recommended to get a fizzy drink and sweets which I did. I was able to go back in for a second scan to try again. Baby’s hand was still in front of the face but the sonographer was able to get some nice pics with a bit of movement. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend!
Really professional and friendly. I booked a blood test and came in early and didn't have to wait. The room I got my blood test at was really clean and professional. The nurse was amazing and got the blood test done quickly and professionally. I had a bad experience with other nurses when taking blood so I really appreciate the professionalism and experience of the nurse in this place. The only down side for me is that it's far from where I live but well worth it and better than other similar businesses I've tried.
The staff are very friendly and polite. The scan was relaxing and the room was very comfortable. It's great to come hear if you have kids as they allow children within the scan.
The team at window to womb kingstanding were beyond helpful and cheerful. The environment is so vibrant they make the whole experience feel even more special as it can be nerve wracking. The team doing the scans were very elaborate and through which put me at ease. Highly recommend this branch and I’ll definitely be back
Amazing experience at the gender scan. The choice of stuffed animals that you can get is impressive and they always have deals on. The staff have been so friendly and welcoming and the scan itself was not rushed and ever was explaining thoroughly. We will definitely return!
Such a lovely, special experience to share as a family. Was able to bring our son with us. Staff are so friendly and warm and the sonographer spent quite a while trying to get a good picture for us as baby was hiding. Lovely clean clinic too. Xx
A fantastic service compared to the NHS appointments. Great detail and insights into the development of your baby. Friendly staff who made you feel welcome and we would definitely return. Great value for money merchandise to celebrate the new addition, thank you to all the staff for their services.
