I felt the lessons were at an appropriate rate for my progression and I was safe to make mistakes with John’s great reflexes and infinite patience making each mistake a valuable learning opportunity. I couldn’t recommend John any more to some wanting to learn how to drive well and enjoy their time doing it.”

“Currently training for uni fight night. The coaches have been so helpful, each giving extremely useful tips and take the time to make sure everyone understands and gets all the help they need. They genuinely care on making sure you progress and do the best you can. The gym is also so well equipped. Would definitely recommend!”

“Provide an excellent environment and kickboxing programme for kids. My son joined 2 years ago and not only has his fitness increased but his confidence and ability to try new things. Dan is a great instructor and knows how to motivate the kids. Since Covid 19 Kiel has enabled training to continue whilst we have had to remain at home which has been amazing. Since reopening they have ensured measures are in place to keep everyone safe, from reduced class numbers to temperature checks to hand sanitiser. Team KTBBA do an amazing job!!!”
