   Absolutely amazing place . Feels warm and welcoming. My son who has autism felt really comfortable with these guys . Oh and did I mention they are the best in town. Honestly their skill and discipline is second to none and will guide you through your kickboxing journey

   Empower Martial Arts School is a family where we can all train together. The staff are very friendly and have years of experience to ensure our training is first class but more importantly we are kept safe. The school is first class and there is no where else I can imagine training or recommend. The school offers more than kicking and punching. It teaches us how to focus, to be disciplined, show respect and be the best that we can be first time and every time inside the school and outside in our community. We are truly privileged to have such a beautiful school on our doorstep. Thank you to Alex, Callum, Jack, Morgan and all the staff that support us in our daily classes.

   Such a wonderful setup and team here at Empower. My young son's confidence and even behaviour has improved immensely in the past few months; regular praise and reward with stripes on their belt keeps them really focused and interested. It is a really welcoming environment for all with a comfortable lounge that parents/carers can watch from. I would recommend to anybody of any age, without hesitation

   Cannot recommend highly enough. The team is so dedicated, engaging and fun. My son is 5 and absolutely loves it. Not sticking to a specific martial art means that they have the flexibility to bring to life different traits (teamwork, focus, strength, to name but a few). The kids get rewarded with a colourful "stripe" for completing each week - not having to wait for months to get a new belt. Principles to live by. We will miss you guys and hope to see you when we are back in town for a visit.

   My daughter and I have trained with Alex & Callum since 2019 and love every second of it! If your after a school that doesn’t treat you as a number.. you’re at the right place! They are so considerate, caring and have your best interests at heart! Not only teaching martial arts but life skills too. Thanks for everything you do for us team Empower!
