   All though there granddad works at combat sports they didn't know any of the other coaches so my 2 nephews were very shy and wasn't sure but the lads have grown confidence and really enjoy going each Sunday .

   Most amazing and welcoming people, friendly staffs, classes are incredible and all the support is just unbelievable. My both children do kickboxing and myself and husband do classes, it’s worthy! Jerry is the best boxing instructor! Well done to all!

   Awesome gym - I've been a member for over 7 years and there's a great community here. All the staff and are supportive in all the right ways, pushing you to your max, but working to your personal capability! Cannot recommend highly enough - there's a class for everyone too!

   I had a taster boxing session and was not impressed at all. The group was too big and there was definitely not enough room for us all. The trainer would explain the moves and then let us get on with it. It would be better if he came around to check and perfect our technique. The coach didn’t know I was in a taster session and didn’t even come over to acknowledge or help. Definitely won’t be booking.

   Highly recommended whoever you are. Very non judgemental, supportive environment especially if you're like me and need to get yourself back on track. Whatever size or ability this is the place for you. Especially recommend Joe's morning classes to kick start the day and Jerry's ladies classes (although she will kill you!)

   Friendly staff and instructors. My children have been attending kickboxing sessions here for over a year and always looking forward to them. There are also classes for adults and a gym which is not too busy as well. Highky recommended

   Great gym ran by great people. The most friendly and ego free martial arts gym that I have ever trained at. Great for adults and kids alike. My 8 year old daughter trains at the gym too. She’s been training for 3 and a half years and the gym and the coaches are as big a part of her life as her teachers and school. She loves the gym and trains there at least 3 times a week. The coaches don’t just teach the kids the technical skills to be a martial artist but support the children in developing life skills, respect, self-discipline, good manners and positive social interactions. Adults can use the weights, bags and cardio equipment while their kids are training, so it’s also great for time management. I’d recommend the gym to anyone.
