Very friendly staff doing their job excellently. Gym is very modern and clean with a good level of security to ensure safety. Swimming pool and track are both ample in space and nicely done. Swimming pool changing rooms could do with some updating though and other aspects of the inside such as main reception. Outside is a bit dated too but the inside sure is nice!

I’ve been coming to Tudor Grange Leisure Centre for a while now, and it’s consistently a great experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the personal training. I’ve been working with Dean, and he’s fantastic! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and really takes the time to understand my fitness goals. Thanks to Dean, I’ve seen real progress he pushes and motivates me even when I don’t believe in myself he gives that mental booster which don’t only help me either my workout but also outside of the gym. Dean is very passionate about what he does and he always manages to get the best out of his clients. Would highly recommended Dean as your PT

Been here for years not the best but convient most staff friendly expect Managment. Men’s showers infested (see pics) . Reported 10 days ago no actions. Dan the manager says he is not aware, even though his colleague reported yesterday !! I said I will escalated to management , would not give his name or centre manager contact detail and in public when I said I will find it myself told me to SHUT UP !! rude and avoid at all costs !!!

I've been attending the gym twice a week for 6 months after being referred under the Docspot scheme. I really hate gyms but have persisted and found this beneficial to my health and fitness so have just signed up for a 12 month membership, paid in advance to ensure I keep going! Thank you to the helpful lady who decifered the complex membership schemes for me and signed me up. There are some very friendly and helpful people here (and one or two others!) though reception frequently seems understaffed. I have to echo comments about maintenance of changing rooms and toilets - the place is LONG overdue for a major refurb including a deep clean! When equipment is broken it seems to take an age to get it fixed. TV reception on bikes and treadmills is out of order more often than not (really important to help pass the time). I haven't used the pool or other facilities yet but the many negative comments about the state of the pool changing rooms are a real concern so maybe I won't. I wonder whether Everyone Active are consistently meeting the standards SMC require? I appreciate that this isn't a 5* facility at 5* prices but it certainly isn't free and should be at least hygienic.

I wouldn’t even put 1 star if it was an option. Came as an alternative to our usual… no body on the desk to greet or acknowledge bear in mind never been before so a couple of directions would’ve been most helpful but no not here. The staff we did actually come across are RUDE and can’t come to terms with actually speaking to you just want to point the finger to this and that, not to mention the hypocrisy about ‘no outdoor shoes’ says the girl in the beige crocs after walking in from outside! The amount of pool you get, that a toddler is actually allowed in for the £6 per adult is DISGUSTING! Travel a little further if you want a much cleaner changing room, more accommodating and friendlier staff and of course triple the amount of pool size! Described as a family swim, nothing swim about it more like let’s put other sessions on too so we can be as greedy as possible, like I said travel further you don’t get this at other EA centres. As you can imagine I will not be returning and I most certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have a child under 5!

Offereing a free 1 day guest pass online. Submit all my personal details to find out this club doesn't offer the deal. Now I get 4 phone calls a day from Tudor Grange leisure centre, no-one speaks when I answer. Will be making a complaint and GDPR request in person!

Disappointed with swimming lessons. Tutors are busy chatting with staff, kids are left on their own in the pool. No progress has been made during last 3 years, my child hated the lessons as water was cold. No effort from teachers at all, dirty floor, no hygiene, people wearing outside boots and kids are barefoot in the same location. Disgusted!

We swim regularly at Tudor Grange on a Saturday. Usually at the 12.00pm or 1.00pm slot. This is usually a very pleasant experience. However last Saturday 17 Sept 3 boys continually jumped in bat the deep end also deliberately splashing me and my disable grandson.I did report to the lifeguard but no notice was taken. One boy also exposed his rear.

Lovely facility. Good changing rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Surprised that lots of people just swimming lengths in lanes, but I had fun with my granddaughter in the small pool ( nice and warm too. )
